Top Managers in the Game #10-#4---June 2000

#10---Sean
Top Player-Chaos(#304)
Affiliation-UNIT
Previous Rank-Not Rated
Sean scored the perfect 20 for Player Records, and didn't do to bad with 2 All Stars for the Top Players, but younger player maintenance is probably what kept Sean as the #2 newly rated manager.

#9---Eric Smith
Top Player-Woo Hah!(#205)
Affiliation-BEST
Previous Rank-Not Rated
Eric got the best rating for a new manager. His great player maintenance, not including the gifts from Don Yutuc, really helped, and the gifts from Yutuc helped a bit. Smith would go placed even without those gifts, but not nearly as fast which is a bit unfair to new, and for that matter, older managers who had to do it all themselves.

#8---The Devil
Top Player-Frank(#93)
Affiliation-MORS
Previous Rank-13
This is my one disagreement. I feel The Devil should be higher in the ranks then this, but this is where the numbers put him. His maintenance was very high, but he had pretty poor scores in the records category. More on that in the review.

#7---John Hannon
Top Player-The Steel Curtain(#7)
Affiliation-None
Previous Rank-4
Hannon's Steel Curtain has been slowly slipping down the ranks in The Best of the Best, giving way to the managers of the top 5, and with that, and not very many other players, Hannon will also slip down the managerial rankings.

#6---Greg
Top Player-Dean Oliver(#49)
Affiliation-AAO
Previous Rank-17
I don't even agree with this one too greatly, but I'll agree with the numbers ;-) My records weren't the best, and just 1 Best of the Best player didn't help, but the maintenance is pretty good. Also, while dong the list, I learned a new thing about maintenance, and I could be competing for the top 5 managers next list. More on the gap between #5 and #6 in the review.

#5---Lachlan Strong
Top Player-Judge Joe Brown(#17)
Affiliation-MORS
Previous Rank-23
Lachlan made the biggest jump up the ranks over the year, moving up 18 spots, and that jump is shown with his huge jump through the Best of the Best. His maintenance was near perfect(nobody was perfect there), and his top players, and records scores were perfect.

#4---Don Yutuc
Top Player-"Shai-shai_Yutuc(#8)
Affiliation-BEST
Previous Rank-8
Don cut his rank in half, and many feel he should be higher then this, but 3 managers stood out a bit more. Don got a slightly better maintenance score then Lachlan, and his record score was a bit less then Lach's. Don won on tiebreaker.
