EWA Presents
Live From the America West Arena in
Phoenix, AZ
Richard Riley: "Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the jam-packed America West Arena in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. We have a huge card headed up by the main event which we see three time and newly crowned EWA Global Hardcore champion Cyris take on former friend and stablemate Pimp Daddy J in a ladder match. Joining me tonight or at least for the time being will be the Executive VP of the EWA and everyone's favorite cripple, Wayne Rothschild."
VP Rothschild: "Thanks for the intro there Ricky boy but watch the cripple jokes or maybe there we'll be having two cripples doing commentary here next week."
Richard Riley: "Try to catch me, wheelchair boy."
VP Rothschild: [quickly grabs Riley by the neck] "I may not be able to run after you but then I again I don't have to chase you. [Pats Richard on the back] Rich, I'm not here to argue with you. I'm here to talk about the great night of action we have planned for the fans."
Richard Riley: "And what a night it is. We are set to see for three big title matches and we also get to see the debut of three new wrestlers here tonight. Speaking of debuts, it looks like we are ready for the first match for the night. Any last words on the match, Mr. Rothschild?"
VP Rothschild: "This fury looks like he could make an impact in the EWA given some time. He will have a tough test in his first match here against another man that once showed a lot of promise. Unfortunately, I have to leave right now. I rejoin the show later but I have some business to attend to [Rothschild leaves the booth]"
Richard Riley: "Alright! As I sit here by myself let's get to the ring for the first match."
Myke Fury vs. Mark Johnson
Mark Johnson is waiting in the ring when Metallica’s "Disposable Heroes" begins playing. Surprisingly enough, there is some positive reaction for the rookie, Myke Fury, as he comes out from the back. Fury takes a few steps down the aisle and stops, almost in shock that he is hearing cheers for him. Fury is carrying a chair in his left hand, and a VCR in his right hand. He runs down to the ring, and throws the chair at Johnson, who is waiting in the ring. He ducks and the chair and it flies over his head bounces off of the ropes. Fury slides the VCR into the ring, and he shortly follows. The ref calls for the match to begin, now that both guys are in the ring.
Johnson grabbed the chair that Fury threw into the ring, and takes a swing at Fury, who has not gotten all of the way up yet. He lands the chair shot and Fury quickly drops back to the mat. Johnson throws the chair out of the ring, and begins to just stomp on Fury. Johnson picks up the EWA newcomer and sets him up for a vertical suplex. He lifts Fury up, and holds him for a moment before dropping him to the mat. Johnson floats over for the pin.
1… not even close!!!
Fury kicks out strong, and Johnson tries to pound him down to the mat. Fury this time though, is blocking the punches of Johnson. Fury finally gets to his feet and is punching back on Johnson. He is rocking Johnson back with left after left. Johnson appears to be out on his feet, and Fury throws him off of the ropes and catches him with a wicked spine buster. Fury does not let up and picks up Johnson and whips him hard into the corner. Johnson stumbles backward, with his back facing Fury, and Fury takes a few steps back before taking a running start at Johnson. Fury then hits a spinning heel kick at full speed onto the back of the head of Johnson. He falls right to the mat face first, and Fury quickly gets back to his feet, and lets out a loud war cry. He points over to the VCR that he brought into the ring and positions it in the center of the ring. Fury then grabs the virtually out cold Johnson and scoops him up onto his shoulders, and then delivers Fury’s Hell onto the VCR!!!! The VCR shatters into pieces and you can see that Johnson has been busted wide open because of it. Fury makes the cover.

Winner: Myke Fury via Hell’s Fury
Richard Riley: An impressive win against the veteran Mark Johnson. I'm sure we will see much from young Myke Fury as he tries to climb the ranks here in the EWA. Well, I'm here all alone. I wonder who will wonder into the booth next. My luck it will be Cyris. I wonder were Rothschild went. He can't really go very far. Hehehehe! Wait a second. I'm getting word that we are supposed to go down to the ring for a very special interview. Well, Timothy Braddock, take it away.
The camera cuts to the arena and Timothy Braddock is standing in the ring wearing a tuxedo and holding a microphone.
Timothy Braddock: Alright ladies and gentleman, we'll be getting back to the action soon but first I want to bring out someone who will be making some very special announcements tonight. He is a former North American Champion and the Executive Vice President of the EWA, Wayne "The Train" Rothschild!
"Bulls on Parade" by Rage against the Machine begins to play and VP Rothschild comes out in a wheelchair. He is wearing a dark colored suit and his wheelchair is being pushed by the beautiful Crystal Laine. He stops at the top of the entrance ramp and takes out a microphone.
VP Rothschild: How's everyone enjoying the show (Crowd begins to cheer). And how about the beautiful Cystal Laine (Crowd starts chanting "Crystal, Crystal"). I'm here to say that the EWA has been going through a lot of changes as of late. I think back when I first joined all those months ago and the EWA was nothing more then a small, upstart wrestling organization headquartered in upstate New York. We've gone through a lot of growing pains and there were times when I thought the EWA might actually close but now we are stronger then ever.
In ten months, the EWA has gone from a small regional fed to a leader in the world of wrestling. The best wrestlers come here to test themselves and other feds run and hide from us. We define Extreme (crowd starts chanting "EWA, EWA")! Starting in 1999, not only will the EWA be a major force in US wrestling but also in the world. We already have planned a Canadian tour scheduled for February and we will be conducting a European tour with shows in England, Spain, Ireland, France and Germany in the Spring. Why should the good people of the world be deprived of the bloodshed and chaos that is the Extreme Wrestling Association!
In addition to the World tour, we have also revived the tag team division and the EWA will be crowning a tag team champion just a few short weeks away at the Yuletide Beatings pay per view. We have attracted many great teams from around the wrestling world and the team that wins the title will have a huge task in defending them.
With new talent flooding the EWA every day, we now number over thirty top stars not including tag teams. We have reached a point where we can no longer provide ample competition to the many great wrestlers that call the EWA their home. To correct this, we have decided to add a new weekly show. Starting next week, Thursday nights will now be home to two great hours for wrestling action as the EWA presents Thursday Night Slaughter.
With all this growth comes opportunity and also with growth comes a need to hire additional staff. President Artful and I have decided after long hours of discussion that there is a need to hire another VP. With the death of JD Freeman and VP Derek being away on other important assignments, we have decided to add another member to our executive committee. After long and extensive research and interviews, we were able to find the man that we think will help take the EWA into the new millennium and beyond. I would like to introduce the newest VP of the Extreme Wrestling Association, the one, the only, DIRK RYAN!
"More Human than Human" by White Zombie begins to play and Dirk Ryan walks out of the entranceway to a huge ovation from the fans. He stops and shakes hands with VP Rothschild before continuing towards the ring. Dirk Ryan strolls down to ringside, wearing a brand new, expensive looking suit. He holds a microphone in hand, as he smiles at the crowd who cheers him. Dirk climbs through the ropes, spins around looking at the crowd, goes to the nearest TV camera, gives a big smile, and a famous wink. Dirk is ready to respond.
Dirk Ryan: Well, how can I possibly say no to a title like this? If a man like JD Freeman can go from World Champ to VP, then I can most definitely go from Global Champ to VP. Seeing as how I am 10 times the wrestler JD was, I should be 100 times the VP he was.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is something I have been waiting for. Every single wrestler in the back right now should take notice. You should all be afraid, be very afraid. I now have the power. Sure, I've always been the best wrestler you've ever seen, but now I have the power of the proverbial pen. No one is safe. You thought I could be mean when I gave reviews? Now I get to do something about those reviews. Everybody better step up their game a notch or two, because I am used to perfection, and anything less than perfect is looked upon as failure by me. I am going to take the EWA to bigger and better places. Goddamn, I love power.
Richard Riley: "Wow! Some major announcements from VP Rothschild. EWA goes international, starts a brand new show and announces a new VP to the shock of all. [Dirk walks into the booth] Speaking of new VPs, Dirk, welcome to the show!"
Dirk: "Well thank you very much Dick"
Richard Riley: "That's Richard but I won't fault you since it's your first day on the job. This is an absolute shock. Even I didn't know about this. Care to shed some light on how you became the latest former wrestler to become a VP in the EWA!"
Dirk: "Dick, to be honest, the EWA needs me more as a VP than they do as a wrestler. I mean, I've proven I am untouchable here as a wrestler, I didn't want to waste my time with the talent here, so I decided it was time to move on to bigger and better things."
Richard Riley: "I guess that big increase in pay didn't hurt either but I quibble over unimportant points. We can talk about you any time. Right now let's get to the next match. The newcomer to the EWA Roadkill takes on the veteran and often overlooked Dawgbone. Any thoughts on this moderately interesting match?"
Dirk: "I do believe moderately interesting is a major overstatement. I mean come on Dick, who really cares about either one of these guys? Dawgbone could win more than Goldberg and still not make it back to .500. And Roadkill, for Christ's sakes, his name is Roadkill. Who can take someone seriously with a name like Roadkill? Folks, please, if you need to use the restroom or get a snack or something, now is the time to do it."
Richard Riley: "Truer words may never have been spoken by a new VP on a Monday night. Let's go see if Roadkill makes road pizza out of Dawgbone in his debut!"
Roadkill vs. Dawgbone
The Beautiful People by Mr. Manson starts up and the crowd turns to see who the newest wrestler is to use this music. Hey, what do you know, its Roadkill. He makes his way down the the ring to little reaction to the crowd. He gets in the ring and starts jawing with someone in the crowd trying to get a little reaction, but receives none and waits for Dawgbone.
The undenieable noise that is Snoop Dogg starts up as "Murder was the Case that they Gave Me" rings out. Dawgbone enters to a little bit more of a reaction than Roadkill. In fact, there even appears to be a Dawgbone cheering section in the front row. "Beware of the Dawg" is written on a sign by one of the fan club members. Dawgbone points to it then to the camera then shakes his head yes. He gets down to the ring slowly, enjoying a crowd that he can finally hear.
The ref checks both men quickly then signals for the bell. A lock up that is won by Roadkill starts off the match. He delivers a quick knee to the gut of Dawgbone, then flings him toward the ropes. Roadkill braces himself then tries to knock Dawgbone over with his pure strength. Unfortunatly for Roadkill, he is giving up like 80 pounds here, so he is sent sprawling across the mat.
Dawgbone raises his arms to get a reaction from the crowd. He gets one, but a small one. Roadkill has gotten back to his feet and is ready to lock up again. This time, Dawgbone delivers a kick to Roadkill's knee dropping him temporarily. He grabs Roadkill by the head and slams his head into the mat. He bounces off the ropes and drops an elbow. Roadkill, expecting this, rolls out of the way and lets Dawgbone hit the mat. Roadkill leaps up, taking advantage of this situation and starts pummeling Dawgbone with kicks to the midsection. He picks Dawgbone up and delives a scoop slam. Then drops a knee to the throat of Dawgbone, causing Dawgbone to squirm around in agonizing pain.
Roadkill picks his opponent up and throws him toward the ropes. He goes for a clothesline, but Dawgbone ducks out of the way. Dawgbone hits the other side and flings himself toward Roadkill, hitting a cross body block. He lands on Roadkill, turning it into a pin...
One...
Two...
Kickout by Roadkill.
Both men get to their feet and tangle up again. Roadkill gets the advantage and sets Dawgbone up for a suplex. Nailing the suplex, Roadkill takes his time playing to the crowd. He climbs the top rope, then waits for Dawgbone to crawl to his feet. A missile dropkick hits its mark as Roadkill sends Dawgbone back down to the mat. A pin by Roadkill
One...
Two...
Thr-Kickout, just barely by Dawgbone.
Roadkill, not upset at all, picks Dawgbone up and picks him up....A inverted atomic drop has Dawgbone jumping up and down. He turns around, and is hit with a Roadkill Stunner. Dawgbone is out cold on the mat and Roadkill look around to see the crowd's reaction. Just then, he spots a woman making her way down to ringside. He starts yelling at her and pointing back at the entrance.
Its Sarah Ashland and she's up on the ring. Her and Roadkill are yelling back and forth at each other, as the ref moves in between them to separate them. The ref is busy talking to Sarah and doesn't see Daelin Ashland sneak into the ring. Apparently, Roadkill doesn't see him either because the delivers a kick right into the groin. Roadkill doubles over and is kicked square in the face by Daelin. Roadkill rolls out of the ring, as does Daelin, who rolls out the other side. At this point, Dawgbone is coming to. He sees Roadkill outside the ring, so he decides to follow him out there.
Sarah has left the ringside area and the ref starts to count. Roadkill is furious and searching around for Daelin, who has disappeared from view. Dawgbone grabs Roadkill by the shoulder, spins him around, and BANG!!! Roadkill hits yet another stunner. Dawgbone is sent crumpling down. The ref is still counting the men out.
Roadkill continues to circle the ringside area, searching for Daelin. Finally, Daelin pops out from underneath the ring. He starts running toward the back, Roadkill begins to chase him. The ref is now watching the two men run from the ring, and Sarah Ashland has snuck around to the other side. She rolls Dawgbone, who is still plenty knocked out, back into the ring.
Roadkill suddenly realizes the ref is counting, starts sprinting back toward the ring. However, the ref is already calling for the bell. The ten count is over. Dawgbone has won. Sarah disappears into the crowd, and Daelin is standing at the entrance laughing at Roadkill. Roadkill starts running toward Daelin, as the ref raises Dawgbone's hand.
Winner: Dawgbone via Count Out
Richard Riley: "Well Dawgbone survives two Roadkill stunners to get the win albeit a count out win but a win none the less."
Dirk: "(Dirk spits up the soda he was drinking) Dawgbone won??? What the hell??? Well, I guess we have to consider this an upset, simply because Dawgbone won a match. Unbelieveable!!! Roadkill has to be severely pissed at Ashland, if for no other reason than because Ashland caused him to lose to Dawgbone."
Richard Riley: "Ashland is making his debut tonight as well in a little while. I wonder if we'll be seeing a similar situation in that match. Dee Brown and Dawgbone both winning a match on the same night. That may be more than my poor heart can handle. Speaking of hearts our hopes and prayers go out to the family of Ric Flair. Get well soon "Nature Boy"!"
Dirk: "Well Dick, you got to remember that even Jobbers Inc. won one match. And allow me to reiterate what you said, I also would like to wish Mr. Flair a speedy recovery. Man, maybe you should challenge for that Global Title again tonight, it seems to be a night of the loser pulling off the upset."
Richard Riley: "One match was more then enough for me! Hey wait! It's your fault that I ended up wrestling Cyris. You had to pull that Ronny Wonder stunt that caused all that. Ah! Forget it. Let's talk about the next match. Three men that all hate each other getting to fight each other all at once. What could be better than that?"
Dirk: "Oh Gee, I don't know. How about a beautiful woman sitting next to me instead of you. Yes, that would be much better. A match that doesn't include undercarders would also be nice. Another nice thing would be for Clinton to just step down and end all this mindless tasteless TV coverage. Moving on to more nice things we would come to-"
Richard Riley: "With that stunning analysis of the upcoming match, why don't we go down and see who beats the crap out of who or is it whom or who really cares or is that whom really cares. Whatever. Cut to the ring!"
Triple Threat Street Fight
Da Playa vs. Tyrant vs. "Gangsta" Jimmy Walker
The three men are already in the ring as the bell rings. Tyrant, Da Player, and Jimmy Walker all look each other over, trying to gain a psychological edge. DP and JW start jawing with each other, and eventually start shoving. Da Player takes a short swing at Walker, nailing him square in the jaw. Walker rocks back, then lunges at DP knocking him to the ground, beating him around the facial area.
Tyrant runs up behind Walker and nails him with a bulldog. Tyrant quickly picks up DP and nails him with a single arm DDT. Tyrant starts to stomp on DP but gets nailed from behind with a double axe handle blow from Walker. Walker locks Tyrant in a front face lock and then lifts him for a vertical suplex.
Tyrant locks on a chinlock and tightens his grip. He continues to crank the hold but gets nailed by a drop kick from DP. DP grabs Walker and executes a brutal looking swinging neckbreaker. DP drops an elbow on Walker, then picks him up and whips him into the ropes. Walker comes back and DP leap frogs over him. DP bends down waiting to back drop Walker but Walker stops short, grabs DP and nails a vicious powerbomb. DP drops down for the cover.

Kickout by DP.
DP staggers to his feet and Walker runs at him but DP catches him, nails a powerslam and goes for a cover of his own.

Kickout by Walker
Tyrant sits down in a corner, enjoying the other two men beating the shit out of each other. Finally, Walker picks Player up and spins him around. He lets go, and sends DP right at Tyrant, nailing both men. DP falls the ground, and Tyrant grabs his face, where he was hit by DP's knee. Walker puts his hands up and looks to the crowd for approval, which he receives. Tyrant, now pissed, jumps to his feet and starts charging at Walker. He connects with a distracted Walker with a clothesline.
Player gets to his feet, as does Walker. They both look at Tyrant, then at each other. Player grins and Walker leaps onto Tyrant, beating him down. Player gets in a few good kicks, then Walker picks Tyrant up. DP nails a defenseless Tyrant right in the jaw, dropping him like a sack of potatoes. Walker and DP start pounding on a unconscious Tyrant.
Drifter and PDJ are now sprinting down to the ring. They leap into the ring, and all four men, who are still standing, attack each other. There are guys flying all over the ring, and the ref has had enough. He is throwing the match out!
Winner: No Contest due to Total Mayhem
Richard Riley: "Well that had to hurt!"
Dirk: "Oh yeah, it looked to be an all out battle there. Its hard to keep track of all the action with so many people involved. Its also hard to keep track when you aren't all that interested in the match."
Richard Riley: "Not the match. Some fat guy just sat on his kid. Clean up in section 145, row G, seat 14!"
Dirk: "Oh man, I think I'm gonna be sick."
Richard Riley: "I thought you were made of tougher stuff. One mashed toddler and you get all queasy! Just don't look and everything will be okay. Our next match while not necessarily an overly interesting match by itself, it may finally answer the question that nobody really cares about anymore and that is where have all the jelly donuts gone. Oops! I mean who killed Dawgbone! We also get to see the debut of Daelin Ashland who has already made someone else's night a rather disappointing one."
Dirk: "First of all, Jelly Donuts suck. Second, I didn't realize Dawgbone was dead. Did he or did he not just win his second match in 4,381 tries earlier tonight. And finally, if I was Daelin, I'd be watching my back tonight. Roadkill has to be pretty pissed off at him. I'd be pissed as hell if somone cost me a match to Dawgbone."
Richard Riley: "Dawgbone, Lonewolf, Sasquatch, whatever. Someone's dead and Brown apparently knows who did it. Not to mention I really have to pee so I figure if I hurry and Brown talks slow enough we may be able to drag the match out long enough for me to get back. Bang, zoom to the moon!"
"Detective" Dee Brown vs. "Deadly Daelin Ashland
"Bad Boys" by Inner Circle starts up, and theres a moderate pop as the crowd awaits the detective of the EWA. It plays in it's entirety, but Brown does not show up. Finally, Brown appears at the entrance wearing his trenchcoat, carrying a large coffee and a bag of donuts. He gets in the ring and gestures for a mic.
Brown: "Sorry I am late.. there was a line at Dunkin Donuts. Anyway, for a while everyone has been asking me...'Who did it', 'Who killed Lonewolf?'. Well, I have this to say. Lonewolf was killed by the same professional hitman that killed Dingo, Johnathon Grayson, and the shocker of the night.... J.D. Freeman.
"Here is the deal. Money is unaccounted for that came from Insurance companies who insure the E.W.A. contracts. I found out from Artful that when I wrestler dies, the company gets 4 to 6 times what his contract was worth, due to ticket sales and items that would have been sold, profitable to the E.W.A.
"So then I looked, 7 deaths in under a year to E.W.A. wrestlers. It didn't take me long to add it up.
"Freeman's dream was to make D.I. unstoppable. Lonewolf wasn't a threat though but Fang was. Freeman had a phony pilot lose Fang's plane. Then he used insurance money that the E.W.A. collected to re-sign D.I. To top it all off, he used the money to try to recruit new talent from other feds to D.I. and with no Fang around, D.I. had everyone that was good.
"Problems started when Dingo found out about the little scam. He and his war buddy Johnathon Grayson were going to use it as leverage to get matches for Tommy and Lonewolf.
"Freeman wasn't about to let that happen, not after all of his hard work, so he hired a hitman to pop them.
"Unfortunately, Lonewolf found out about it, and he had beaten two of D.I.'s members, so Freeman was starting to look at him as a threat so he had him killed to.
"Then when it came time to pay up for the hits... Freeman came up empty. The insurance money for Lonewolf was much less then expected, and he didn't have the money to pay the hitman. The hitman arranged an accident to happen, and Freeman was-"
Just then Dee Brown is silenced by the clang of a metal chair against the back of his head. The crowd gives a monster POP as Dee falls to reveal Daelin Ashland, holding a chair. He grabs Brown by the collar and flings him in the ring. The match begins, and the camera pans the crowd. What's... VP Rothschild is on the ramp in his wheelchair!
The camera goes back down to the ring where Ashland is showing Brown no mercy, none at ALL! He's setting him up for a belly to belly suplex.. WAIT!! Brown managed to get his feet under him and turned the suplex into a reverse DDT!! Ashland is stunned, and the audience is LOVING it! They're on their feet as Brown tries to get the quick pin. The ref counts
1...
2...
Kick out, and Ashland is on a TEAR!
He hits wild rights and lefts that have almost nothing behind them. He's so mad he's not thinking straight! Brown ducks under a wild blow and locks on a toe hold. Ashland is screaming, but it's more a scream of rage than pain. He manages to kick out of the hold and take Brown down (whattaya know, that rhymes!) with a Russian leg sweep. Both stand, and lock up, and Brown gets the advantage! He flings Ashland into the ropes and hits a nice clothesline! The crowd is on it's feet! He pulls Ashland to his feet... GOUGE TO THE EYES!! Ashland gouged Brown's eyes! Ashland slams him into the mat hard! He starts putting the boots to Brown, who's on the ground!
Brown stands and kicks him in the gut hard. Ashland bends, but just as Brown tries to grab him for a power slam, Ashland rings his bell with a double handed blow to the chin! Ashland is driving him back with chops and punches, and Brown can't get a blow in edgewise! Ashland grabs him and hits a fisherman's suplex! The ref counts

3!!
WINNER: Daelin Ashland via Fisherman's suplex.
Brown gets up and starts screaming at the ref, accusing him that he counted to fast. The ref is waving that his decision stands.. Rothschild wheels off to the back... Ashland comes up behind and wheels Brown around... wait.. he's extending his hand.. Brown reluctantly takes it.. AND IS PULLED IN TO A KNEE TO THE MIDSECTION! Ashland rips into Brown, who's still reeling from the blows. Ashland slams him down, then gets the chair from the outside and starts nailing him with all he's got! Dee stops struggling after a few moments, but Ashland is still wailing on him, despite the Ref's repeated attempts to stop him.
Suddenly, a blur from the entrance rolls into the ring and NAILS Ashland with a drop kick!! IT'S ROADKILL!! Roadkill starts slamming rights into Ashland's head, but Ashland is still working off his aggression and is giving as good as he's getting! The two go OVER THE TOP ROPE, STILL BRAWLING!! Neither man looks like it's about to end! The two men are still fighting at the top of the entrance, where Roadkill sends Ashland into the back with a dropkick from NOWHERE!!
Richard Riley: "So it really was Professor Plum in the kitchen with the candle stick. Ha! You owe me fifty bucks!"
Dirk: "Oh, I'm sorry, is the match over? I was talking to some adorable honey in the second row. Its a shame everyone has lost any interest that once was in the whole Lonewolf killing. If you ask me, and someone always does, the killer did the EWA a favor. Now someone needs to kill that Brown guy. He needs to let this whole case of his go. Its boring the rest of the world to death."
Richard Riley: "Always controversial, always out spoken! Well that person also killed Tommy Grayson's uncle and JD Freeman. Hmm. Maybe he really did us a favor! Well anyway, Dee Brown reveals the whole wicked plot, Daelin Ashland wins his first match, Roadkill jumps Daelin, blah, blah, blah blah, blah!"
Dirk: "Always a new exciting plot twist around every corner here in the EWA. Isn't it about time for another match....please say its time for another match. Oh for the love of God, someone play some music so we can see some more exciting wrestling action."
Richard Riley: "It think we have finally made it to a match you will like. The young man known as the "Maverick" gets his second shot in as many weeks of capturing the Cruiserweight title from Johnny Sledge and this time in a blindfold match.
Dirk: "Oh thank you God for granting us a match worth at least keeping an eye on. Both these men are talented cometitors. However, I think I got to give the nod to Sledge, simply because he has more experiance. But hey, its a blindfold match, anything could happen. Who knows, Dawgbone has already won tonight, so I refuse to rule anything out."
Richard Riley: "Just sit back and relax Dirk and leave the driving to them. We're in for a wild ride!"
Dirk: "That's the stupidest fucking saying I've ever heard"
Cruiserweight Title Blindfold Match
"Maverick" Matt Blanchard (Challenger)
vs.
Johnny sledge (Champion)
The fans are stirring and waiting for the next matchup...and then, the get what they wished for. Suddenly, the lights turn out, and the fans begin cheering...but all that turns into a somewhat mixed reaction as a green haze falls upon the EWA Arena. The audience goes into a huge commotion as rocks fall from the arena!! Wait a second...they're styrofoam. Just then, "Puttin' On The Ritz" begins playing over the loudspeakers and a dummy that has the likeness of WC wrestler "Super Duper" Gary Cooper drops from the rafters and onto the ring. The fans begin to stir...but the camera zooms in to get a closer shot, and it is indeed revealed to be a dummy and the fans are relieved after seeing that on the Extreme-Tron. Then, a few minutes later, the camera zooms to the front row, where a green spotlight is shined...it appears that "Super Duper" Gary Cooper from the WC has decided to be in attendance tonight.
Then, a few moments later, "The Launch" by Boston begins to play over the loudspeakers...the fans begin to give a mixed reaction as "Maverick" Matt Blanchard appears at the top of the entranceway. After a few moments, Maverick walks down the isle with a determined look in his eyes. He rolls into the ring under the bottom rope and calmly waits in the corner of the ring for his opponent, the current Cruiserweight champion, Johnny Sledge.
After a long, anxious pause, "Epic" by Faith No More begins pumping through the loudspeakers. The fans rise to their feet and begin cheering and chanting, "Johnny! Johnny! Johnny!" Johnny Sledge walks out from behind the curtain with his valet, Jessica, not far behind him. Sledge has the Cruiserweight belt around his waist as he walks confidently to the ring.
Sledge gets to the ring, and Jessica scales the stairway and gets on the apron. The men are just cheering like crazy for her. She holds the ropes open for Sledge as he enters the ring. She stands on the apron and Sledge hands the belt to her. Sledge and Maverick go to the center of the ring as two referees are placed on the opposite corner, and the main referee placed in the center. Everything looks organized. Two black bags are brought to the ring and placed on Sledge's and Maverick's heads. They're tied tightly enough so that it's not choking them or the least bit uncomfortable. The two referees exit the ring and the main referee is still inside. He signals for the bell to ring...
DING, DING, DING!!
With that, both Sledge and Maverick circle the ring, trying to feel out specific spots in the ring. Suddenly, Sledge and Maverick BLINDLY charge towards each other and attempt a collar-and-elbow, but they miss, and Sledge crashes chest-first into the turnbuckles...Maverick turns around and sticks his arm out. He clotheslines Sledge...but by luck. Sledge quickly recovers as it was quite a weak clothesline, considering that Maverick was blindfolded. Sledge seems to know the territory now, and rolls up Maverick in a weak "schoolboy."
ONE...
TWO..
Maverick kicks out just in time!
Maverick finds the ropes and gets up to a vertical base, but Sledge blindly walks into him and Maverick falls to the canvas. Maverick slips under the bottom rope, but Sledge has a tight grasp on Maverick's arm and isn't letting go. Maverick jerks his arm back and Sledge comes flying out head-first. Both men are on the outside. Maverick walks towards the commentator's table and is searching around the table for something...he finally grabs a hold of something. A bottle of Evian?!? He swings blindly at Sledge, but Sledge is still down and Maverick hits a cameraman by mistake. Sledge gets up and is flailing his arms around...he inadvertently hits Maverick right in the nuts...ouch. Maverick grabs his nether-regions in pain and leans against the ring apron, with beads of sweat on his forehead. Sledge's wife/valet, Jessica, is cheering Sledge on loudly.
Sledge struggles to find out where he is, and he grabs a hold of Maverick's head and tosses him into the ring somehow. Sledge climbs into the ring as well, but now, both men have to struggle to get to a vertical base. Sledge grabs the second rope and pulls himself up. He begins walking around the ring, trying to find his opponent, but no luck. Maverick is rolling around trying to find the ropes, but he has no luck. Sledge finally reaches Maverick by accident, and knowing that he's next to Maverick, Sledge begins to kick away at Maverick's ribs relentlessly as if there's no tomorrow. Maverick's attention is finally captured, and Maverick rolls into the center of the ring. He gets on his hands and knees nad stands up. He begins punching thin air, flailing his arms all over the place, wasting his energy. Sledge bumps into him front-to-back, and realizing this, Sledge executes a side suplex on Maverick and then covers him.

KICKOUT!!
Maverick kicked out. Sledge pulls himself off of Maverick and tries to find out where he is once again. Maverick crawls into the corner and begins pulling something out of his tights. A pair of brass knucks. Maverick places the brass knuckles around his hand and begins flailing away blindly with his right fist. He hits Sledge SQUARE on the cheek, and Maverick trips over the nearly unconcious body of Johnny Sledge. Maverick pulls himself up and does a strange thing; He climbs the turnbuckles?!? Maverick is trying to prove how "extreme" he can truely be. Sledge is recovering...Maverick executes...A MOONSAULT!!!! Sledge gets a hold of Maverick and executes a GUTBUSTER!!!! OHMIGOD!!!! The impact was so hard, that it looked like Maverick stopped breathing for a whole thirty seconds...Sledge looks to have injured his knee.
Sledge crawls to where Jessica is...although, he doesn't see her, but he then senses she's there because of the sweet-smelling perfume she's sporting. Jessica hands Sledge a baseball bat. Sledge has a tight grasp on the bat. Sledge swings blindly (yes, somebody swung blindly again) and he hits...THE REFEREE!! The referee goes down, and Sledge is beating RELENTLESSLY on him! He thinks it's Maverick, who's still down on the canvas, holding his ribs on pain.
Sledge hasn't realized what he's done as he slows down on the baseball swings because he's getting tired. The referee is prone on the canvas, bleeding profusely from the back of his head. Suddenly, a man runs through the audience. The man appears quite muscular...even through his janitor's outfit. He slides under the bottom rope and pulls off the cap...it's...it's...TOMMY GRAYSON!!
The fans begin booing relentlessly as they realize who it is. Grayson gives that sadistic chuckle of his, and Sledge realizes who it is as he turns around slowly. He pulls off his mask and sees who it is. He looks down at the referee, and utters an audible "Oh, shit" to himself as the camera zooms in on him as he looks at the bloodied bat. Sledge stares hatefully at Grayson and Sledge utters "you piece of shit..." and then charges right at Grayson. Grayson ducks the clothesline and low-blows Sledge. He lifts Sledge and executes an inverted atomic drop. Grayson sets up Sledge and executes a PILEDRIVER right onto a steel chair!! Sledge's head pivots off the chair in unison with the huge impact of the piledriver. Sledge is laying there unconscious. Grayson prepares a more severe beating for him, but...Jessica is in the ring trying to convince Grayson to stop?!? Is she crazy? Or is she just THAT crazy about Johnny?
Grayson gets that smile on his face and grabs Jessica by the hair and pulls her towards him. He begins berating her with insults in her face. The audible words are "slut, whore, bitch, and tell your hubby he's gonna meet The End..." Just then, Grayson puts Jessica's head between his legs, lifts her up into an upside down position...the whole crowd is booing severely, as they anticipate what's coming up next. Jessica's dress begins to fall off seemingly...you can see her underwear. Ooh...black lace! Yowza! Grayson smiles and shouts out, "GOIN DOOOOOOWWWWN!!!!!!" and PILEDRIVES JESSICA!!!!! OHMIGOD!!!!
Grayson gets up with absolutely no remorse on his face. He begins doing repeated crotch-chops to taunt the crowd. In fact, he's doing them so fast, it looks like he's butt-fucking somebody. Grayson quickly cleans up the crime scene as he puts Sledge's mask back on. He picks up the near unconscious Sledge and nails a brainbuster for good measure. Grayson then walks towards Maverick, DDTs him, and then drapes his arm over Sledge's chest. Grayson quickly exits the ring and runs through the crowd. A second referee runs down to the ring and sees Blanchard's arm laying iver Sledge. He drops down for the count.

THREEEE!!
Winner and New EWA Cruiserweight Champion" Maverick" Matt Blanchard
Maverick is the NEW cruiserweight champion! Dear God! EMS runs towards the ring and prepare stretchers. A paramedic helps Maverick up and pulls the mask off of his head. Mav shakes his head as it's his first glimpse of light after a half-hour or so. Mav passionately holds the belt and exits the ring with help from an EMT.
Meanwhile, inside the ring, Johnny Sledge, Jessica and the referee are being helped by EMS. Johnny's masked is being removed, and he has a stunned look on his face. He doesn't know what happened yet. He turns to look at the prone body of Jessica and his eyes literally bulge out. He scrables over to Jessica and begins kissing her on the cheek and running his fingers through her hair. Suddenly, he looks into the crowd, and then up to the rafters and he begins screaming his lungs out in anger. Then, to make things worse, a white banner is unfolded at the entrance, and it reads in blood-red paint, "'AIN'T IT FUN' - STIV BATORS" and under it, it reads "From your dear friend, Tommy Grayson."
With that, Johnny Sledge grabs his baseball bat and begins stalking down the isle, with a look of vengeance in his eyes.
Richard Riley: "This may have been the greatest night of young Matt Blanchard's life. What a huge win for him! This feud between Sledge and Grayson is about to reach the boiling point!"
VP Rothschild comes back into the booth and takes his place next to Riley.
Richard Riley: "You're back. I can barely contain my joy. Did you see that last match?"
VP Rothschild: "Yes, I did!"
Richard Riley: "That's all you have to say about the match. You don't even have a comment about "Maverick" winning the Cruiserweight title or about the end of at one time was the greatest friendship in the EWA."
VP Rothschild: "Yeah. I have a comment. Tommy! What the hell is going on inside your head right now? We were never friends but I always respected you. Now! I don't know anymore! What you just did to Sledge and his wife was totally uncalled for. I don't want to talk about this. What's the next match?"
Richard Riley: "Ummm…It's out token tag team match!"
VP Rothschild: "Token, huh! We busted our butts trying to get good tag teams into the EWA and this match could have a major impact on the seeding of the tag tournament. Not to mention that this may be one of the most dangerous, hardcore matches around.
Richard Riley: "I seem to recall that you participated in the first one of these here in the EWA. Is that correct?"
VP Rothschild: "Correct as always, Dick! I have actually been in many of these and yes the first one of these here. I may have been one of the brutal matches I've ever wrestled in. When I became a VP, I figured I might as well share the joy with others as well. Why don't we go to the ring and see the happy faces of the competitors!"
Hanging Cage of Death Tag Team Match
Partners in Krimez vs. Natural Criminals
As we cut to the ring we see the hardest working men in the EWA, the EWA ring crew setting up, yet again for a match. This time they are setting up for the Hanging Cage of Death Match. They have just finished up setting up the cage itself, when Timothy Braddock, the EWA’s ring announcer, begins making the introductions for the match.
Braddock: This match will be a Hanging Cage of Death Match! (The fans erupt) This match will be held in a cage twenty feet above the ring, and the only way to win is to throw both members of the opposing team out of the 3’x3’ hole that is in the center of the cage, and to the ring below, which will be covered in broken glaaaaaasssss! The first team coming down the ring right now, Itaki and Stanz, Partners in Krimez!
"No Place to Hide" begins playing, and out come Itaki and Stanz. They are in street clothes and are seemingly ready for battle. They slowly make their way to the ring as the EWA ring crew finishes dropping down the rest of the broken glass onto the ring floor. As the get to the ringside area their music fades out and Braddock begins to make the announcement for their opponents.
Braddock: And their opponents… Shawn Foster and Natural Born Killah… Natural Criminaaaaaaaallllsss!!!
The P.A. System fades into "Judgement Day" by Method Man and out come, Foster and NBK, Natural Criminals. The come flying out from the back at a full sprint toward PiK, who have by this time turned and are making their way toward NC as well. The four men meet about half way down the aisle and begin brawling, right where they left off at the PPV. All four men quickly go into the crowd and chairs begin flying everywhere as the crowd spreads out so the two tag teams have room to fight. Itaki grabs one of the chairs and nails NBK in the head with it. Stanz tries to clothesline Foster, but Foster ducks it and backdrops him back into the aisle. Itaki tries to hit NBK with the chair again, but Foster hits a spin kick on Itaki before he can connect with the chair shot. Stanz is about to get to his feet, but NBK turns and springboards off of the guardrail and connects with a body press onto Stanz. Foster throws Itaki back into the aisle, and now all four men are finally making their way to the cage. The fight up the ramp into the cage, and once they all get into the ring the ref quickly runs up and closes the cage door. The cage begins to move, and the ring crew pulls the ramp away from the ring. All four men stop and regroup while the cage elevates to twenty feet. When it reaches its destination above the ring, the match finally begins.
The four men test out the structure of the cage, as well as the barbwire that wraps the sides of the cage. This doesn’t last long though as both teams are back to brawling like they have been doing. Itaki and Foster are trading lefts and rights on one side of the cage while Stanz and NBK are rolling around on the other side. These two continue rolling until Stanz, not thinking, rolls into the cage, and even though he has a T-shirt on, it tears into his back. He lets out a yelp and turns away from the cage. These two get up and now are now just trying to throw each other out of the ring with a hip tosses. Both try numerous times before Stanz knees NBK in the gut. He then tries to whip him into the side of the cage, but NBK reverses it and throws Stanz face first into the cage. Another scream can be heard from the now bloody Stanz as he crumples to the cage.
On the other side of the ring, Itaki is trying to choke the life out of Foster. You can tell that both men have met the cage already since both of them are bleeding pretty badly from their foreheads. NBK sees that his partner is down, and leaps over the hole in the cage, grabs the top of the cage, and swings feet first into Itaki, driving his head into the cage. NBK helps Foster up and they proceed to beat on Itaki. They see that Stanz is starting to get up and go over and pound on him. They pick Stanz up and double suplex him through the hole in the bottom of the cage, and to the mat below. Stanz lets out a blood-curdling scream as he lands back first into the glass filled mat.
Itaki has, by this time, gotten to his feet and has seen the fate of his partner. NBK and Foster see him up and begin to laugh. They back Itaki into a corner, and when Itaki hits the barbed wire, he turns for a moment. That’s when the Criminals strike. They pummel Itaki to the mat, and don’t let up for a god minute or so. They finally decide to end it and the drag Itaki over to the whole, and they pick him up. Foster then sets Itaki between his legs and powerbombs him through the hole in the floor. Another scream can be heard as the ref calls for the bell.
Winners: Natural Criminals via tossing the Partners in Krimez’
asses out of the ring.
VP Rothschild: "What an ass beating. I'm glad I'm in here and not up in that cage again!"
Richard Riley: "I guess there are a few advantages to being a cripple."
VP Rothschild: "I told you to watch those cripple jokes. That was an impressive win by NBK and Foster. They truly dominated the other team."
Richard Riley: " It looks like Natural Criminals will be moving up in the ranking and I would assume also getting a somewhat high seed in the tournament."
VP Rothschild: "Maybe but it wouldn't really be fair for me to speculate at this juncture. What's up next, Dicky boy!"
Richard Riley: [mumble] "What I wouldn't give for a pair of pliers and a steep hill."
VP Rothschild: "What was that?"
Richard Riley: "Ummm….Nothing. I think the next match is almost ready to get underway. I wonder if this could be Drifter's night? He has been in the EWA for a long time but has yet to taste gold."
VP Rothschild: "Drifter is a very tough man but he seems somewhat off his game lately. I wrestled Drifter back when I was the North American Champion and it was a tough match but Drifter always seemed to make that one crucial mistake that would cost him the match. Maybe he is corrected that and is going to fulfill his dream of being the first homeless champion in wrestling history."
Richard Riley: "Time to get down to the ring..errr….the alley behind the arena for what could amount ot a very exciting match."
Back Alley Brawl for the Television Title
Drifter (Challenger)
vs.
"The Extreme One" Tommy Grayson (Champion)
Grayson with a led pipe in hand, while Drifter has an aluminum baseball bat in hand. They stare down at each other. Grayson and Drifter walk up to each other, face to face and look eye to eye. At least try to, as the much shorter, Tommy Grayson looks up to him. Drifter pushes Grayson away with his baseball bat, as Grayson trips over a box behind him and hits Drifter on the side of his head with the led pipe, as he and Drifter go down.
Drifter stays down and Tommy Grayson gets up quickly. He grabs the pipe that he dropped and nails Drifter over the head with it. Grayson throws the pipe onto Drifter's head. He kicks Drifter in the stomach, hard, as Drifter turns around, holding on to his stomach. Grayson goes on top of Drifter and begins to choke him out with the pipe. Grayson lets go after about 15 seconds. He goes on top of a dumpster. He jumps up and MISSES! Grayson attempted a 450 Splash, but Drifter moved out of the way and Grayson hit the floor hard. He is holding his left arm.
Drifter tries to get himself up, but slips on a banana peel and falls. He grabs on to the gate and brings himself up to his feet. Drifter begins to stomp and kick away at Tommy Grayson now. Drifter grabs a trash can and dumps all of the garbage on top of Grayson. He dents the can over the head of Grayson, as Grayson stays down without moving. He looks to be dead.
Drifter brings Tommy back up to his feet. He lifts him high up into the air and choke slams him onto the dumpster, as Grayson goes in the dumpster. Grayson has got to be out. He pulls Grayson out of the dumpster by the hair and lifts him up. He nails shoulder breaker on Grayson and goes for the pin........

Thr.........Kickout by Tommy Grayson! Drifter looks pissed.
He picks Grayson up and JACKKNIFE POWERBOMB ON TOP OF THE BOXES! Drifter now laughs and points at the smaller man, as he spits at him. Drifter grabs Grayson and lifts him up over his head, with both hands and throws Grayson at the gate. He puts Grayson, standing up, facing the wall, right in front of it, as he backs up. Drifter runs at Grayson, as he attempts to tackle him, but Grayson falls down to the floor, before Drifter can tackle him, and Drifter tackles the wall hard and falls to the floor. Both men are down.
A couple of seconds pass, as Grayson begins to move. Now Drifter is moving. They both attempt to get up. Grayson gets up first and kicks Drifter on the head, as Drifter goes back down. Grayson grabs a bag, full of recyclable cans, as he beats Drifter over the head with the bag and cans. He begins to empty out the bag by grabbing the cans out of the bag, can by can and throwing them at Drifter's head. The bag is now empty.
Grayson grabs himself some tape. He puts the bag tightly over Drifter's head, squeezes wraps tape around his neck. Drifter rips the bag off his face. Grayson grabs the aluminum baseball bat and dents it over Drifter's head, as he is busted open. Grayson rips the tape from around Drifter's neck off. He laughs at Drifter and spits on him.
Here come Pimp Daddy J and Violent Dark into the alley, with steel chairs. The ref goes up to them and stops them, as he argues with them and Grayson is pinning Drifter. He has him beat! Grayson looks up and sees what is going on, as he gets up and is about to argue with the ref. HERE COMES A MASKED MAN! He jumps over the gate. He has a baseball bat in hand.
He swings hard and nails Grayson on the back of the head with the baseball bat, hard as hell. Grayson falls down, right behind the ref. He might be out cold. The Masked Man puts the dented trash can on top of Tommy Grayson's head. He runs off the wall and drops a leg on Tommy Grayson. Grayson is definitely out. The masked man removes the can from over Grayson's head, as he is now bleeding. He grabs Drifter and rolls him on top of Grayson. The man rips the mask off and you see that it is the Tyrant. The Tyrant then climbs over the gate and leaves the same way he came in.
Violent Dark and PDJ are about to leave, as they spit at the ref and he goes back to argue with him. They laugh in his face and push him away, pointing towards Drifter pinning Grayson. The ref awaits for them to leave the alley, as he runs up and starts the count.........

Grayson quickly grabs the bat and nails Drifter over the head with it, as Drifter falls flat on his back. Grayson quickly makes the cover..........

Winner and Still TV Champion: "The Extreme One" Tommy Grayson
Grayson stands up and raises his arms in the air but gets nailed by what looks to have bee a car hood. The hood is swung down on top of Grayson and as the camera pulls back you see that it is Cyris. Cyris is beating the hell out of Grayson. Security rushes out and pulls Cyris off of Grayson and drags him back into the arena.
Richard Riley: "That definitely an intense match. Both of those guys are going to be feeling that in the morning."
VP Rothschild: "Tommy Grayson retains the title in what may have been the most difficult match of his title reign. Not only did he have to fight off Drifter but also the newest member of Death Row, the Tyrant."
Richard Riley: "Yeah and to make matters worse, Cyris comes out and nails him with a car hood. Maybe it was justice for costing Sledge the Cruiserweight title earlier tonight."
VP Rothschild: "I'm not sure about justice but it certainly will leave a mark. Coming up next we have one hell of a match. It features two men that have been on somewhat of a slide as of late, both coming off of tough losses."
Richard Riley: "Eli Flair make a big splash in the EWA and quickly earned himself a title shot against Cyris for the Global title. He came within a lick of winning the gold but has since been able to regain his past momentum. Violent Dark also had a good winning streak but as of late he has had a string of tough, close losses. Let's see which one of these men gets their career back on track with this big match."
Lights Out Boiler Room Brawl
"Total Elimination" Eli Flair vs. Violent Dark
The Video-trons in the America West Arena light up and you can see an image of the boiler room in the basement of the arena. The lights in the room are off and you can only see the area where the camera spotlight illuminates the darkness. Violent Dark walks into the room and he begins to feel along the wall as his eyes have not adjusted to the darkness yet. He feels his way around when suddenly Eli Flair runs out of an alcove and blindsides VD with what looks like an old shovel. Flair is wearing some sort of apparatus on his head and does not appear to be bothered by the darkness.
The camera pans in and you can see that Flair is wearing a set of night vision goggles. He rears back again and slams the shovel across VD's back. The force of the blow breaks the handle and shards of wood spray all over the room.
The cameraman pans the camera to the two men and the spotlight shines right into the goggles. The overload of light dazzles Flair and he begins to stumble around temporarily blinded. VD wastes no time and grabs the top of Flair's head and drops down, nailing Flair with a jawbreaker. VD scrambles on top of Flair and begins raining lefts and rights to his head. VD picks up Flair and Slams him into a concrete wall.
VD grabs Flair and attempts to throw him into a nearby boiler. Flair puts on the brakes and reverses it. Flair Irish Whips VD into the boiler. VD attempts to break his momentum and puts his hands out. VD's hands touch the hot metal of the boiler and he screams as his hands burn.
VD is still reeling from the effects of the boiler as Flair looks around for a weapon to use against his foe. Flair finds a metal garbage can. He picks it up and nails VD in the face with it. He then takes the can and drops in on tope of VD's head. The can has VD's arms pinned. Flair dropkicks the can sending VD crashing into the cameraman. The spotlight on the camera breaks and the room again is bathed in darkness.
A few minutes go by and then the cameraman switches to the infrared, night vision mode and you are able to see somewhat. The picture is not as clear but you can still VD is on the ground and Flair is stomping on him. Flair goes to pick up VD but then there is a bright flash and you can see that a third man is in the room. He appears to have some sort of weapon in his hand, possibly a bat or pipe. He nails Flair over the back with it. Flair crumbles to the ground. He grabs VD and throws him head first into a wall. There is a sickening thud and VD collapses.
The scene switches to a view of the door outside the boiler room. The door opens and Flair comes flying out. He hits a wall and falls to the ground. A moment goes by and VD does like wise. The camera pans to the door and you see a figure emerge. The camera moves closer and you see that it is Outlander form the WC. His eyes appear to glow red and then he turns and disappears into the darkness of the boiler room. The door then closes.
Both men are laid out on the floor. A few moments go by and VD begins to stir. He begins to crawl up to the stairs. Flair stirs a moment later and pulls himself to his feet. Flair begins to follow after VD. VD reaches the top of the stairs and opens the door that leads to the back stage area of the arena. He waits for Flair and as Flair reaches the top of the stairs VD slams the door into him. You can hear the air escape from Flair's lungs as he gets sandwiched between the wall and the door.
VD rears back and attempts to slam the door into Flair again. Flair Blocks it and grabs VD's arm. He pushes back and VD's arm is caught between the door. VD falls back into a pile of boxes and he holds his arm. Flair limps out of the stairwell after his opponent. VD staggers to his feet and is nailed by a clothesline from Flair. Flair picks him up and goes to set up VD for a piledriver. Flair is going to piledrive VD on the concrete. Flair goes to lift him but VD blocks it and back body drops Flair into a small sized dumpster.
Flair Struggles to climb out and VD drops the lid down, nailing Flair right in the back. Flair falls out of the dumpster. VD begins to stagger away towards the entrance to the ring. Flair slowly makes it to his feet and gives chase. VD looks back to see that Flair is chasing after him. He spots some sort of motorized cart and jumps on. VD turns on the ignition and the cart begins to move. He turns the cart towards Flair as it picks up speed. Flair stops and waits on the cart. The cart is just about to nail him but at the last second he springs forward and catches VD with a clothesline. Both men tumble over the cart and land on the ground. The cart continues forward and crashes into a wall.
Both men stagger to their feet and begin trading punches. They continue to fight towards the
entranceway. Flair hands a backhand chop and then levels VD with a European uppercut. Flair turns and looks for some type of weapon. He notices a large wrench a few feet away and goes for it. VD meanwhile makes it to his knees and spots a fire extinguisher a few feet away. Flair comes at him with the wrench but VD slams him in the stomach with the extinguisher and then blasts him in the face with some fire retardant foam.
Flair staggers around apparently blinded again and then stumbles through the curtain to the aisle leading to the ring. The fans jump to their feet and cheer as they see that Flair is the first person to make it out of the back. The cheers ended quickly as VD runs through the curtain and nails Flair across the back with the side of the fire extinguisher.
VD begins to stomp on Flair and drops an elbow onto him. He picks up Flair and drops him throat first across the ring barrier. Flair is laying across the railing and VD runs back and jumps at Flair looking for a big splash. Flair rolls out of the way and VD nails the railing hard. Flair uses his strength and lifts up VD for what look likes an atomic drop but instead drops VD crotch first across the railing. Flair moves back and then clotheslines VD off.
VD hits the ground hard and Flair looks spent. Flair grabs VD but gets caught with an elbow. VD grabs the front of Flair's trunks and pulls him back into the railing. VD presses Flair's throat against the railing and attempts to choke Flair out. Flair is struggling but he reaches one hand into his trunks and pulls out an object. The two men struggle and Flair staggers away and drops to the ground. VD goes to pull away but you can see that he is handcuffed to the ring railing.
Flair begins to crawl down the aisle towards the ring. VD begins to shake the ring railing trying to free himself. Flair is slowly making it to the ring as VD pulls the ring railing away from the rest of the barrier. He begins dragging the railing behind him towards the ring. Flair reaches the ring and begins to pull himself up to the apron. VD picks up the railing and slams it over the Flair's back.
VD tries to climb into the ring but the ring railing is preventing him from getting into the ring. Flair begins punching VD. VD uses his free hand and nails Flair right between the eyes. Flair tries to climb past VD but he grabs him and pulls him off the ring apron. VD hits Flair with a boot to the chest. VD goes for another kick but VD ducks it and picks up
the ring railing and slams if into VD. VD is wedged between the ring and the piece of ring railing. Flair backs up. He gets a running start and uses the ring railing almost like a ladder. He climbs over VD and falls over the top rope into the ring.
Winner: "Total Elimination" Eli Flair via some quick thinking
Richard Riley: "Now that was extreme. Flair finally gets on track with a win and Violent Dark suffers what has to be considered a very difficult loss."
VP Rothschild: "I really liked the way Eli used that ring railing as a ladder to climb over VD. You know, it seems like ever since VD started tagging up with Drifter, his singles career has gone down hill."
Richard Riley: "That may indeed be true but a lot people consider Death Row as the leading contenders for the tag team titles right now. I may not be one of them but I think there are a lot of them out there. What's the deal with this Outlander guy? This is the second week in a row he has shown up on an EWA program and this time he actually got involved in the match."
VP Rothschild: "Outlander is one of the top stars of the WC, which as you all know we had a very intense although short rivalry with a few weeks back. I guess he has come to the EWA to show us what he is all about. Who knows! Only time will tell and speaking of time, it is now time for the main event of the evening which will feature another first, a ladder match for the Global Hardcore title."
Richard Riley: "This should be a very interesting match as the current leader of Death Row takes on the leader of Devastation, Inc. and three time Global Hardcore champion Cyris. Death Row and DI have always been big rivals and this match should be even more intense since PDJ and Cyris are former friends."
VP Rothschild: "When I was a member of DI, one of our main goals was to eliminate DR from the EWA. Death Row has somehow survived and now they have a shot at capturing their first piece of gold here in the EWA."
Richard Riley: "Yes and what a piece of gold that would be. Let's head down to ringside for this very important match."
Main Event:
