Honorable Mention and other great athletic accomplishments

  • Billy Giersbach was the first Howell Blackhawk selected to play for a National Level roller hockey team, The 99'ers. Good luck Billy.

  • Victor Scotto won the High Scorer trophy in the December 1996 Deptford Shootout.

  • Steven Iwanyk won the Outstanding Goalie award in the Philadelphia Sports Center Presidents Day Tournament.

  • Victor and Steven shared the fall 1996 season MVP award. This was the only season we had such an award.

  • Adam Houli won the High Scorer award in the Philadelphia Sports Center Presidents Day Tournament.

  • Victor Scotto has been selected to play for the American Eagles Ice Hockey team. Good luck Victor as you take that next step toward the NHL.

  • Stephen Goldblatt was a member of the 1998 Garden State Games 10-year-old Gold Medal winning team.
  • Tommy Heslin has won 2 gold medals in the Keystone State Games for winning the 9-U (1997) and the 11-U (1999) expert Modified Giant Slalom.

  • Frankie Heslin has qualified for the Pishe Inviational Ski Race at Gunstock in New Hampshire after a succesful weekend in the J-IV Pennsylvania Derby.

  • Victor Scotto-di-Carlo and the Bantam 'B' Eagles have won the Districts after completed an undefeated season.

  • Stu Jacobson has earned his black belt in Karate. SO DON'T MESS WITH HIM.
