After The Silver Streak refused to wrestle  the HOW championship committee stripped him of the title leaving it vacant.  The HOW Pres. felt that the only way to determine who the champ would be, was to put four of the craziest HOW wrestlers into the most extreme match in HOW history.  This four way dance was filled with high risk battles atop the HOW Garage, broken tables, ladders, baseball bats, and possible the hardest shot ever in HOW when Captain  unloaded on George F'N Tvrdik's head with a cemetery entrance sign.  The shot left him seeing stars, but after several minutes and a deadly attack on Hardcore with light tubes, looking like an L.A. county sheriff beating Rodney King, George F'N Tvrdik was able to get the 3 count, becoming the first two time, two time HOW Heavy Weight Champ.
