There will be a season winner, as well as weekly winners.
Three coconuts per week will go to the weekly pool, and two coconut per week goes to the seasonal pool (that adds up to 5 coconuts per week, for you non accountants). 10% will be retained by the pool administrator for administration fees. No tips will be accepted during the season.
A total of 85 coconuts will be needed by September 3rd. NO EXCEPTIONS! The season starts on September 4th.
You must pick a winner for all games for the week, and a total points
for Monday nights game, which will be used as a tiebreaker.
All games are decided on using the pointspread from Tuesday mornings

(on the Internet). All even numbered Pointspreads
will be increased by ½ to eliminate ties.
Anyone not submitting a weekly sheet, or leaving out a pick on their sheet, will have the VISITOR picked for them. Default Monday night tiebreaker is ZERO.
No Default entry can win a weekly pool. The Number of entries will only count towards the season standings.
Ties are broken by the person with the total points closest to the actual Monday night game.
Software is available (OPIX08) through the website allowing participants to create a file of the entries, which can be delivered (eMail, Diskette) to the administrator. This alleviates most problems with human error on the entry. The Web interface also allows direct entry.
Entrants may select a 5 character Pool name, that will be used on all pool documents (entries, listings, etc.).
Discrepancies must be reported to the pool manager no later than Thursday. Posted results as of Thursdays are final.
