Massabesic Lake - you'll find both
species of bass, golden shiners and crayfish, along with brook and rainbow
trout. I love Massabesic.
Mendums Pond - a nice smallmouth and
largemouth lake - you must pay a fee to fish.
Merrymeeting Lake - both species
of bass, landlocked salmon, and lake trout (touge) inhabit this lake. Smelt,
crayfish, and common shiners are the basic forage. Very deep and clear
so down size and use light tackle.
Mirror Lake - Tuftonboro - smallmouth
bass, largemouth bass feed on golden shiners, crayfish and suckers.
Monomonac Lake
- both species of bass and golden shiners make this a nice lake.
Moore Reservoir - A great smallmouth lake with some largemouth
present.
Newfound Lake - One
of my favorites - both species of bass, landlocked salmon, lake trout (touge),
and rainbows inhabit this deep, clear, rocky lake. Smelt, crayfish,
golden and common shiners make up the basic forage.
Northwood Lake - a
decent smallmouth lake and largemouth present. Very stained
water so throw noisy lures.
Nubanusit Lake -
both species of bass, landlocked salmon, lake trout (touge), and rainbows
inhabit Nubanusit.
Smelt, crayfish, and common shiners
are the basic forage.
Opechee Bay - Located between Pagus
Bay and Winnisquam, good numbers of largemouth and smallmouth feed on crayfish,
smelt and shiners.
Ossipee Lake -
Another one of my favorites - both species of bass, landlocked salmon,
lake trout (touge), and rainbows inhabit this lake. smelt, crayfish, and
common shiners are the basic forage.
Partridge Lake - Largemouth and smallmouth
along with northern pike can be found here. Common shiners, suckers
and crayfish make up the forage base.
Pawtuckaway Lake - this
lake has nice structure for it's largemouth and a few smallmouth. A definite
thumbs up lake.
Pemigewasset Pond -
A nice, scenic largemouth and smallmouth pond - close by to Wickwas. Crayfish
and golden shiners are the prime forage.
Phillips Pond -
a nice largemouth lake.
