Three Star Block

(This technique may be done slow, medium and fast)

Ten Star Block

Start in horse stance with arms down. 
1. Bow - Ready Stance - Left Foot Out 1. Bow - Ready Stance - Right Foot Out
2. Horse Stance (Both arms down at sides) 2. Horse Stance (Both arms down at sides)
3. Right low inward block. 3. Right low inward block.
4. Pull right fist to left side of face and execute right low outside block. 4. Pull right fist to left side of face and execute right low outside block.
5. Left low inward block. 5. Left low inward block.
6. Pull left fist to right side of face and execute left low outside block. 6. Pull left fist to right side of face and execute left low outside block.
7. Right straight high inward block. 7. Right straight high inward block.
8. Bring right arm clockwise down and up to a right high outside block. 8. Bring right arm clockwise down and up to a right high outside block.
9. Left straight high inward block. 9. Left straight high inward block.
10. Bring left arm counter clockwise down and up to a left high outside block. 10. Bring left arm counter clockwise down and up to a left high outside block.
11. Step in with right foot into a right N-horse stance and execute right low inward block. 11. Step in with right foot into a right N-horse stance and execute right low inward block.
12. Pivot on right foot (counter clockwise). Move left foot into horse stance facing opposite direction.  Pull left fist to right side of face and execute low backward block. 12. Pivot on right foot (counter clockwise). Move left foot into horse stance facing opposite direction.  Pull left fist to right side of face and execute low backward block.
Continue starting with #1.

Three Step Block
