Owners of the above named stud does hereby agree to handle breeding of the two above named dogs with one week full care and board free, any days over the one week period may acquire a
boarding fee.

Owners of above named stud does hereby guarantee the breeding and pregnancy of above named bitch to above named stud. Stud owner guarantees above named bitch to whelp at least 2 live puppies, to live to the age of two weeks, from genetic death (not guaranteed against death from; Parvo and/or any other communicable diseases, any death inflicted by dam, other animal and/or persons.

Owner of the above named stud will give a repeat breeding to the above named bitch or another approved bitch of same ownership if the first breeding of above named bitch does not produce at least two live puppies. There will be no additional cash stud fee paid for another breeding, if due to stipulations in this contract.

In return for stud services, owner of the above named bitch will;
(A)   Pay a cash stud fee in the amount of _______ or, ______
(B) Give up the pick puppy from this breeding to the owner of the above named stud; to be
chosen by owner of above named stud or a representative chosen by owner of above named stud.

Owner of above named bitch will notify owner of above named stud within 48 hours of whelping of litter, along with periodic reports.

If a stud puppy is taken owner of the above named bitch agrees not to sell or give away any puppy/puppies from this litter until the stud puppy has been chosen/taken. The stud puppy is to be chosen between the age of 8 to 12 weeks. The puppies are to have at least two shots of each Parvo and distemper and to be in good health before the stud puppy is chosen.
Owner of above named bitch agrees to return above named bitch or another approved bitch of same ownership to above named stud or another stud of same ownership for a repeat breeding/stud service. If a stud puppy is chosen as the stud fee. If the owner of above named bitch chooses not to return to the above named stud or another stud of same ownership for a repeat breeding, owner of above named bitch agrees to pay the boarding and transportation expenses of the above named bitch while under the care of the owner of above named stud, also agrees to pay full stud fee if puppy was to be chosen.

This contract is fully understood and binding between the owners of each  above named dog .
