It was bound to happen, with literally thousands of E-Feds popping up all over the net some of them have started joining together into umbrella groups. This is similar to the real life NWA, there is a governing body over many smaller regional promotions. The regional promotions have their own mid-card titles and the sanctioning body runs the World Title. This gives the smaller regional E-Feds an opportunity to have interfed cards and events as well as being able to use outside talent.
Many people think that Interfed Leagues will be the future of E-Wrestling but only time will tell. They are fun alternative E-Feds that can lead to a lot wider recognition for your wrestlers.
