What to do is go to Control Pannel and to Display. Go to settings and change the color pallette to High color (16 bit). Then go the Destop area and set it to 800 by 600 pixels. Font size should be on small fonts. It is best viewed in Internet Explorer 3.0 . If it is not set like this, it is still OK, it just won't look as nice as it would in these settings.
