[?] Echoes of Old Business Partners?? (11-1)
Rumor has it that skill isn't the only thing that has kept Rob Holiday from being defeated, but some backstage strongarming (blackmail?!?) by an RCW Hall of Famer reported to be closely related to the RCW Champ. Could Holiday with similar build, location and style (not to mention the same finisher) be the heir to the EXECUTIVE's throne?! Sources say the Holiday Inn isn't the only thing Daddy Dearest gave his successor! More on this as it becomes available!

[?] Silver Building An Entourage?? (11-1)
Our sources have informed us that Tommy Silver's ever expanding empire is set to branch out deeper into RCW. In the near future Silver will seek to add a couple of wrestlers to his payroll in a continuing effort to run RCW like every other one of his business dealings. No word yet on who these acquisition may be, but we'll try to keep you up to speed.

[?] A Midsummer Knight's Romance?? (10-18)
Word has reached our reporters concerning Rufus Knight not having his title taken away by the Queen because of his wrestling career, but about him being caught in a very compromising position with another member of the royal family! Naturally, no names were disclosed, but sources close to the palace claim that Knight's affair with the unnamed duchess had gone on for some time, so there may still be someone who still refers to Rufus Knight as Sir!!

[?] Did The Firebird Rise From The Ashes For Her??? (10-18)
It has come to our attention that at least some part of Blue Phoenix's motivation for returning to action in RCW is so that he could have another shot at Infinity, bodyguard of "The People's Choice" Tony Bravo!! Neither party has confirmed this, but it may explain why Phoenix was so often found near Bravo and vice versa!! More on this as it becomes available!!

[?] One Or The Other! (10-18)
Our reporters claim to have evidence that President Hall has refused to let Gary Jackson interview Tommy Silver anymore because he's making a mockery of RCW when he does. He was given the ultimatum to either leave RCW and work for Silver, or stop hanging around with Silver and work for RCW. He chose the later... of course with a hefty pay raise!!

*> Official Ruling on Holiday/Yoshikawa Draw (10-9)
The official word from President Hall's desk in reference to the First-Round match in the RCW World/North American Championship Tournament involving Rob Holiday and Kata Yoshikawa which ended in a draw is that since both men went the full time limit in the match, and since neither man actually lost the match, both wrestlers will advance to the second round of the tournament. This sets up a Triangle Elimination Match between Holiday, Yoshikawa, and "The Natural" Mason Hawk. Scheduling for the second-round matches will be posted following the final two first-round contests.

[?] Steel's Insurance Policy??? (10-9)
After his match against "California Kid" Seth Gavin on Fury, numerous unnamed sources saw Jonathan Steel on his cell phone. Normally, this isn't news as Gary Jackson says Jon normally calls his home in Pittsburgh to touch base with his family. However, one source tells us that he heard a familiar voice on the other end mentioning the idea of showing up at Rage to "restore order" outside the ring... and coming all the way from the Catskills to do it! Could The Real Deal have some company with him when he faces off against The California Kid again in the first round of the World/North American Championship Tournament? No confirmation yet, but we'll keep you posted!!

[?] The People's Second Choice??? (10-5)
Our reporters have recently gathered that Infinity, valet/bodyguard of "The People's Choice" Tony Bravo, was not his first "choice" to accompany him to the ring! Reportedly, before settling on her, it seems that Bravo was actually turned down by another lady in the business! Who, you ask? None other than Allegra, the leading lady of one "California Kid" Seth Gavin!!!

[?] Tommy Tin??? (10-4)
Newcomer Tommy Silver has made quite a name for himself here in RCW as the gaziliionaire playboy from Orlando, Florida! However, our sources tell us that Silver may not be worth half as much as he claims!! Our crack team of investigators delved into Silver's finances and worked out an estimated net worth! We can't divulge any specific figures, but if the decimal point were to move one place over, Silver would be a buck over broke!!

[?] Bad Day Gone Worse!! (10-4)
After suffering a surprising loss to the newly-returning Blue Phoenix, Jake Rockwell returned to his dressing room to find a note taped to his door! The note reportedly reminded Rockwell which RCW wrestler defeated Blue Phoenix twice in 2000,... and which RCW wrestler was just defeated! According to our source, the note was simply signed "past what prime? ---JMG". Shortly thereafter, Jake Rockwell stormed out of RCW Arena! What will The Rock do next?

[?] The Director Getting A Touch-Up?? (10-4)
Another of RCW's new faces, "California Kid" Seth Gavin, is apparently one of its most appealing, voted by a fitness magazine as Best-Looking Male Athlete of the Year! However, reports from in and around Hollywood say that Gavin may have helped Mother Nature along with a little plastic surgery!! Pictures were recently procured of Gavin exiting a world famous plastic surgeon in West Beverly Hills!! No confirmation or denial yet from the Gavin camp, but we'll keep you posted!

[?] Carnage Vacationing?? (9-30)
There have recently been some whisperings that Kerry "Carnage" Carter took Niki Weathers on some sort of trip to Mexico! Many wrestlers and personal were surprised at the abruptness of the departure, but were unable to get any answers out of Carter! As soon as we know, you'll know!

[?] Mjölner Debut Delayed?? (9-30)
Word has reached The News Center that there's apparently a reason for newcomer Mjölner's absence! It seems that he and his entourage, Inga, the Light-Footed, Farmhand-Sven, and Galdar the Strong are having some passport difficulty, making it impossible --for the moment-- to leave Sweden! RCW officials have been in contact with Swedish customs agents, and hopefully will have everything squared away in a week or two!

[?] Proud Papa??? (9-30)
Rcw's flagship show Friday Night Fury is watched by millions around the world, but there was viewer of particular interest this week: "The Natural" Mason Hawk's father!! It turns out that Mr. Hawk got wind of his son's exploits on RCW Rage and decided to check The Natural out on Fury! Needless to say, he was none too pleased with the results, and tried to give his son a stern talking to about a new career!! No word yet on what actually transpired, but we're willing to bet that it wasn't too pleasant! More on this as we receive it!

[?] Backstage Mayhem At Fury?? (9-30)
RCW definitely has a vandalism problem! First we thought it was The Nighthawks, then we thought it was Menace To Society, but each time we reveal a new team, the destruction of property by some mystery pair continues!! This time, during the Nighthawks/Menace To Society match on Fury, two masked individuals were seen trashing the dressing rooms of both competing tag teams!! Witnesses report that one guy was decidely larger than the other, but that was the only discerning feature that could be determined! RCW had a masked tag team situation once before, and it became a phenomenon unto itself! We'll see how this one develops!!

[?] "Wolverine" Chad Wilson . . . A Fraud??? (9-26)
Since the RCW restart, "Wolverine" Chad Wilson has been getting a lot of airtime, but those who say they know the former University of Michigan football standout report that Wilson isn't as committed to fairness as fans might think! The source says that Wilson was put on academic probation for suspicion of cheating, and was suspended 3 games for a brawl at an Ann Arbor student hangout! U of M officials will not confirm or deny the rumors! More on this as it develops!

[?] More Tag Team Mystery!! (9-26)
RCW Arena Security reports that last night at Rage, two strange men were seen causing trouble backstage; no one was hurt, but reports show some minor damage to cars, lockers, and some video equipment! Police were called and the two were arrested and charged with vandalism! No names were released, but could these be the men responsible for NeWave's irritation? We'll keep you posted!

[?] RCW Superstar to Speak on Fury?? (9-26)
Our contacts around the federation have been buzzing all week... it seems as though one of RCW's top superstars is primed to make a big announcement on Fury, but reporters haven't been able to ascertain who! Some speculate that, after being attacked on RCW Rage, The Invader will announce his return to action! Others say that it'll be "The People's Choice" Tony Bravo announcing a new stable! Grilling the roster has produced only denials, but we'll keep you posted if anyone cracks!

[?] Rockwell Reminiscing . . . with Bloodwulf?? (9-26)
RCW's general constituency recently learned of Bloodwulf's admiration for Jake Rockwell, and it seems that word on the street back in Jersey says that Bloodwulf and Jake Rockwell were seen back in the locker room talking about Rockwell's old Syndicate days. Bloodwulf was plenty interested in hearing about Rock's past, and Jake was happy to oblige in receiving all the attention. And where does Tommy Silver and his interference on RCW Rage fit into this? Is Rockwell recruiting? Only time will tell!

[?] More Word On NeWave's Secret Enemies!! (9-26)
After talking with some TTA personnel, --who asked to remain anonymous-- our reporters hae come across some new information regarding NeWave and those who wish to do them in! They report that Chaz and Lance opened the door to see their locker room ransacked and turned upside down, as reported on the news page days ago! Sitting on the bench next to their opened lockers was a tape recorder. As Chaz hit play, a muffled voice came on asking, "you don't really think you two clowns can become tag team champions do you?" A different muffled voice then chimed in with a "you'll never wear gold in this federation as long as we're around!" The tape then faded out with the two mysterious voices laughing away. Chaz and Lance were left standing there with puzzled, but angry faces. Could this be the work of newcomers The Nighthawks? Or are they simply taking credit from yet another unseen tag team enemy? More on this as it develops!!

*> Official Word On The Gold (9-24)
Things have begun to settle in RCW, and as a result, the Championship situation has started to take shape. Word from the president's office is that three of RCW's singles titles will be decided at Superclash, scheduled to air on October 21, 2001! The World/North American Championship tournament will begin on the October 2 RCW Rage, with the finals set for Superclash! Also to be decided at the pay-per-view is the RCW Cruiserweight Title; a Four-Way Elimination Match will determine the new champion, the participants to be chosen in a series of qualifying matches. The United States Title will be determined after the World/North American tournament concludes!

[?] Unseen enemies for NeWave? (9-22)
A source recently reported to us that following their regular workout at the TTA, Chaz and Lance --collectively known as NeWave-- returned to the locker room only to find their lockers overturned, and their belongings scattered all over the floor! NeWave was livid at such a cheap attack and immediately set out to find the perpetratros! As soon as we know more, we'll clue you in!!

[?] New Stable On The Rise?? (9-19)
The word around the backstage area is that there's a new stable forming even as RCW is getting back off the ground! It seems that newcomers "California Kid" Seth Gavin and Tommy Silver are teaming up with Kerry "Carnage" Carter and "The People's Choice" Tony Bravo! Bravo and Gavin's match scheduled for RCW Rage is apparently just a smoke screen for the announcement of what looks to be a truly self-congratulatory coalition! More details as they become available!

[?] Background on Carl Forsmark (9-19)
It's rumored that Carl Forsmark, son 60's Swedish rock star Ulf Forsmark, is planning on having his father will play some part in Carl's appearence in RCW. If all this is true, we are looking forward to an exciting career. Carl is just as well known as his father in his hometown for his musical talents as well as his aggressive nature in the ring. "Carl is a lovely young man, but treating him the wrong way can summon a monster you'd never could have imagined," Carl's grandmother says. Carl who now is 24 made, his debut as a wrestler in Sweden only two years ago. From there, he has gone from an the unknown son into a mature man.

[?] The Pit Boss Getting Hustled?? (9-19)
Our sources have found that there may be a reason for 1-time RCW World Champion Jake Rockwell's lack of response to "The Pit Boss" Vic Payback's tag team invitation! It looks as though The Rock is setting Payback up for an ambush by himself and a former RCW star as-yet-unnamed! Word is that Rockwell is still really sour on Payback after his forced resignation from The Syndicate, and this may be his shot at one of the main guys who ousted him!! We'll see how this one plays out!

*> Welcome, once again, to Royal Championship Wrestling! (9-15)
