1995-96 - -This was Scott's first year wrestling and his first match was
against a Parkview kid and Scott pinned him in 50 sec and the
whole gym started yelling and screaming. This match was the
begining of the excitment in Scott's career. He
would place third at districts by beating, Jeremy Tennison;
remember that name. Scott would have some tough competition
at sectionals and would fall short. He would finish with a 7-8 record.



1996-97 - -This year Scott improved more. His record was 21-13 and made
the twenty win club. Scott had 25-TD, 14-E, and 15-F. He
placed 4th at Belton, 2nd at Monett, and 2nd at Ozark.
This year Scott had some tought losses to Tennison, but Scott
would get his revenge.



1997-98 - - In this season Scott proved he was one of the BEST Hwt in the
State of Missouri. He had a record of 33-13, which put him
in the 30 win club. Scott placed 2nd at St. Charles, 5th at
Belton, 3rd at Seneca, and 2nd at Ozark, which he was beaten
by Tennison in the finals. In Districts Scott placed 1st,
3rd at Sectionals, and 5th in state. Scott is the 2nd person
to place in state for Branson and is only the 3rd to make it
there. About the Tennison thing, well Scott and Jeremy
have a big rivalry since districts Scott's first year.
Tennison won all the matches with Scott up to Districts in
98'. In state Scott beat Tennison to go on to place. Jeremy
always had an attitude.
