The actual score was Florida State 23, Notre Dame 16.
James Russell's crystal ball failed to reveal Notre Dame's failed PAT kick, so he missed a perfect prediction by a point. Still, that was good enough to win the highly competitive ninth week of the contest. He was comfortably ahead of the logjam in second place, a three-way tie among Steve Hebert, George Peck, and Laura McDonald.
Altho' a lot of people came very close, and the ratings were quite good overall, Stephanie Scanlan's 28 - 21 prediction was the only one to correctly project the point spread of seven.
Four people failed to pick the winning team, but this is by no means a record. Remember the Miami game?
A big thank you to everyone who entered. I invite you to flex your precognitive muscle again this week for the FSU - NC State game.
