The scene begins today out at the beach on the sunny California coast, where we join Alicia, Christy, and Dorito. Dorito is down in the sand, doing push-ups, while Christy and Alicia stand around him, wearing some loose training suits, as they count.

Alicia: One-hundred forty-six! Come on D!

He presses his body back down, teeth clinched with his hair falling to his sides. He inhales, and then exhales, pressing up as the sweat glistens off his shirtless body and face.

Christy: One-hundred forty-seven! Only three more!

He exhales, then inhales as he slowly lowers his body back down. He snorts through his nose, the sand around moving slightly in the breezy air, and presses up once again.

Alicia: One-hundred forty-eight! That's great Dorito!

He lowers himself slowly, slightly sideways. He gets down, then groans as he presses up again.

Dorito: AAHHHhh!

He gets all the way up, his shoulders shaking, and he takes two quick breaths before starting to lower himself back down.

Christy: One-hundred forty-nine! Let's go!

Alicia: One more D!

He takes several quick breaths, then groans as he slowly presses his body back up once again.

Christy: Keep going!

He gets all the way up and exhales.

Christy & Alicia: One fifty!

He slowly begins to lower himself back down again, slumping down to his left side before setting down. He then screams in a deep, deep, dry voice as he pushes up yet again. His shoulders shake as he slowly moves up, his face red, and he gets up.

Alicia: One-hundred fifty-one!

Christy: Yes!

Dorito's arms fall out, and he collapses to the sand while Alicia and Christy jump in the air, high-fiving one another over him. Dorito lays on the ground, huffing and puffing, rolling over onto his back and letting his arms lay at his side.

Alicia: Great job D! And doing that one extra was unexpected, but was great to see you do.

Christy: Look at him, Alic'. You're running the guy into the ground, literally. The jog from our house to the gym, the four hours there, the spar time in PWG ring, the jog here, then an alternating set of one-hundred fifty push-ups and two-hundred fifty sit-ups.

Alicia: But it's for his own good. All Sean is doing is sitting in a chair at a hospital and pacing about, and maintaining his health from a vending machine? I'm not just training Dorito, I'm brooding him to strengthen his defense for Sean's probably striking attack, and Dorito picks up on his speed. Sean isn't going to even stand a chance in hell against Dorito.

Christy: How about calling it a day? Or giving him a break or something at least? You're going to burn him out. Besides, we have to leave tomorrow for Philly.

Alicia: This is the last full day of training we can do. Fly out to Philly tomorrow, cross a few time zones, lose a few hours, and I'm just going to let him rest tomorrow to help against the jetlag.

Christy: Then probably do some light exercise monday. While everyone else is out piggin' on their cheesesteaks, getting all fat and crap, like Dorito trying to cheat on a swiss cake roll, he's gonna be running. He'll be a slidin'. And if you keep ridin' him, he'll be a dyin'.

Alicia: Sure, but if I wasn't riding him and bruising him, Sean Harrison would be the one beating on D. And I'm not looking to get him set so he can just survive tomorrow, or even win. No, I'm looking at getting him set so he not only wins, but he shuts out Sean.

Dorito sits up, and looks out to the crashing waves from the ocean.

Dorito: No worries, sis. I feel like I can, I think I can, and I'm pretty sure that I will go the full thirty minutes. And that I will shutout the so-called Legend. What is he a legend of anyways? The bedroom? HA! Everyone knows that I'm...errr, yeah. But if you don't mind, we could call it a day and jog back home, cause that'll take like an hour at least. Besides, I was gonna see if maybe April wants to do something tonight.

Christy: April?

Dorito: Yeah, maybe play a board game or something.

Alicia: Fine, it is saturday after all, and wouldn't hurt to get a few hours of sleep before we go out to a rave. What do you say Christy?

Christy: Sounds good.

Dorito: Tell you guys what. I'll race you two back home.

He pushes himself up and starts running, Alicia and Christy start chasing after him, and the scene moves upward to look at the sky, then burns out to nothing.
