The scene is set this evening with Christy and Alicia on cycle machines in a fitness gym, with Molly and CJ working out on the Tony Little sprint machines. There's one other woman visible in the scene, some red-haired woman, a little on the plus-side, going on a cycle machine just two over from Christy. All of them seem to be perspirating while "Send Me An Angel (Heaven Mix) by Hypetraxx plays on the speaker system.
Alicia: So what was with you and Dorito when we got to the house?
Christy: What? Oh, he was talking to me about a crush he has.
Alicia: A crush?
Christy: Well, Valentine's Day is coming up this saturday.
Alicia: Oh no, not again.
Christy: What?
Alicia: Nothing.
Christy: Come on.
Alicia: Fine. Dorito has a little problem with over-doing things, when it comes to him and women.
Christy: Oh? How so?
Alicia: Ohhh, for instance, when he was in high school, I guess he was reading off the school announcements and suddenly broke away from that to express his undying love for some girl and asked her out over the intercom. And could you imagine the embarassment you'd suffer if three thousand kids heard that?
Christy: Wow, that sounds kinda cute actually.
Alicia: Well it sure wasn't for her. I guess she got so embarassed about it, that she skipped her next class and went home and swallowed like fifty capsules of tylenol.
Molly: Is that the story about the girl he asked out and she tried to kill herself?
Alicia: Yeah.
Molly: Which girl was it?
Alicia: I can't remember.
Christy: WHAT?!
Molly: Yeah, he was telling me about his past when we were playing truth or dare. Little pansy always takes truth.
Christy: So what happened to her?
Alicia: I guess luck wasn't on her side that day, because I guess her mother burst into her room with some guy giving her a "piggy back ride" while this other guy was filming the whole thing.
Christy: This has to be some sort of sick joke.
Molly: It's true, Alicia's natural parents can vouch for it.
Christy: So what happened?
Alicia: So anyways, I guess her mother thought it would be kinky to have sex on her daughter's bed, and that's how they found her and called an ambulance.
Christy: Was she alright?
Molly: Hell no.
Alicia: Can I tell the story or do you want to?
Molly: Go ahead.
Alicia: But the paramedics came and they took the girl to the hospital and pumped her stomach to get rid of them. But it wasn't over just there. Because she lived, she not only had to live with the embarassment caused by Dorito, but of her suicide attempt from it as well, with three thousand other kids in the school.
Christy: Wow.
Alicia: But that's not it.
Christy: There's more?
Alicia: Oh yes. Cause, you see, when the police arrived, they asked all kinds of questions about how they found her and who the other two guys were and why they were all in robes when everyone showed up. And why she wasn't at work that day.
Molly: Here comes the best part!
Alicia: Will you Shutup?!
CJ: Go on Alic'.
Alicia: So anyways, I guess the mother had a very wild and discreet side to her, that she kept private from her family. She headed out to work that day, but turned around and went home while her family went off to school and work as well, so the house would be empty when she got. And she did some amateur porn, so the guy that was having sex with her was some neighbor that lived across the street, but the creepy thing was the camera man.
Christy: Wait, let me guess. Her husband, right?
Alicia: Close. Her husband's brother. And I guess the two guys would alternate places with her, and her husband knew of none of this going on in his home until he got a phonecall about his daughter going to the hospital while he was at work.
Christy: Oh my gosh.
Alicia: Yeah, so he freaked of course, and couldn't think. So when the girl woke up in the hospital, she was told what happened by a nurse, that her parents were getting a divorce, and I guess like an hour later her uncle arrived to visit her, and then a few minutes later her father showed up as well, and they got into a huge fight in the hospital. Security tried to separate them, but I guess the father got hold of a gun from one of them and went to kill his brother, but accidentally shot the nurse in the neck in front of her daughter, and she fell and bled to death right in front of her eyes. Her father got sentenced to life in prison, her mother I believe killed herself. Wait, no, ummm...I can't remember what happened to her. Molly?
Molly: Don't look at me, you're the one telling the story.
Alicia: So we don't know what happened to her, but the girl just went cold. Living with her grandma in some village in Italy until she turned eighteen, no one isn't really sure what happened to her. Dorito tried getting in touch with her to care for her, but she wouldn't speak. Last I heard I think she became a nun or something.
Christy: Oh god.
Molly: And to think, if Dorito could've kept his mouth shut, or if he had just done it face to face instead over a school intercom, or had eyes for some other chick, she could've turned out to be a brat somewhere today.
Christy: Or if she had just liked him back, everything could've worked out great in the end.
Alicia: Yeah sure, but we're talking about Dorito here. Hahaha!!
Molly: So Christy, what unfortunate chick does he have a crush on?
Christy: I..I don't know, he didn't tell me. I just gave him some advice to go and talk to her.
CJ: Probably someone he met online.
Molly: Mwhahaha!!! Dorito has the hots for a guy!
"Optimized" by Skinny Puppy comes over the speakers, replacing the previous song.
Alicia: I'm so glad we talked those guys into playing our cd instead of the crap they were playing before.
CJ: Oh I know, who wants to workout to all the CRapPop they play now.
Alicia: And to think that I have to wrestle that singing diva, Mercedes, this friday. Ugh. I swear, win or lose, after the match we go find a rave and get so trashed that I forget the past three weeks of my life. Being in the same ring with someone like that, who thinks singing is the spice of life, I don't care how good she is in the ring. If she doesn't have the heart and desire to be in it, then she shouldn't be in there.
Molly: I wouldn't be in the ring with her. You're risking your life by being in the ring with someone who just plain doesn't care about being in the ring and is focused on trying to memorize the lyrics that someone else wrote, so they can lipsync them during performances.
Christy slows down her cycling, while CJ and Molly slow down their sprinting.
CJ: I can go for a dip in the spa.
Molly: Oh so can I. You two coming?
Alicia: Nah, go on, I'm gonna keep going on this for awhile, then work on my cardio.
Christy: I think I'm gonna try that sprinting machine you're on, then maybe go for a few laps in the pool.
Molly: A'ight!
Molly and CJ, off the machines, walk past Christy and Alicia, Molly groaning a little.
Molly: Better turn on the jets at full stream.
CJ: Like there's any other way to go.
They walk out the doorway, while Christy comes to a stop on the cycle. She gets off and walks over toward the sprinting machines while Alicia picks up the pace on the cycle while "DGR-1" from Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 soundtrack starts playing, and the scene fades out.
