Welcome to my website. As you can see, all my favorite pro teams (49ers, Giants, Warriors, Sharks, Earthquakes) are in the San Francisco Bay Area. It should also be noted that for college sports I root for my alma mater - San Jose State University.
It's pretty neat that I come from one of the few areas in the country that has at least one team in each of the five major sports leagues in this country (yes, I do consider Major League Soccer a major sports league!). Although the area has other pro and semipro teams that I don't follow ardently (including the Oakland Raiders and Oakland Athletics), I'm glad they are there as well!
Having been born and raised in the Bay Area, I've been rooting for these teams all my life - or at least for the entire life of the franchise in the case of the Sharks and the Earthquakes.
