| for all practice sessions it is better to use goalie(4a) and defense 2men rod(3a). There are no offensive rods in between these rods which makes practice easy. On the other hand 2 men are widely apart in 2men rod(3a) having enough room for ball manipulations. | |
| when you are a master of right hand toggle practice the same using left hand. Choose goalie rod. | |
