MINUTES OF THE
KEYSTONE BULLDOG CLUB MEETING June 14, 1998




Keystone Bulldog Club Meeting.
The meeting was called to order by Bob Lightner, at 2:35 PM and meeting was
held at the home of Wayne and Trudy Hite.

Roll Call:

The following members were in attendance:

Bob Lightner
Linda Lightner
Wayne Hite
Trudy Hite
Bill Humphries
Joann Humphries

Bob Lightner excepted the position of President, after announcing that Mark Aretta
had resigned his position as President. Wayne Hite accepted the position of Vice President.

Bill Humphries read the minutes of the last meeting and they were accepted by all members present.

In absence of the Treasurer, President Lightner reported that the balance of the treasury
was $23.50.

Peg Collet is the new Club Webmaster,

There was a discussion regarding the elections, which will be held at the next meeting.
It was agreed by all those present, that only a member who is paid up to date on his/her
dues will be eligible to vote in the election.

Trudy Hite will look into having a professional photographer present at one of the future
meetings or match.

A motion was made by Trudy Hite and seconded by Wayne Hite to hold off on forming a
corporation until a later date. The vote was unanimous

It was suggested by Bob Lightner that once a year we should have the Club treasury
books audited by someone outside the club.

Linda Lightner will look into opening a checking account for the club.

New membership applications will be sent to Wayne and Trudy Hite,

They will forward the dues to Peg Collet, and the application to Bill Humphries.

There was a discussion about holding a match, which will be continued at the next meeting

Trudy Hite made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded by Wayne Hit.
