Zuran Orb, Candelabra of Tawnos, Mishra's Workshop, Copy Artifact and Feldon's Cane are now UNRESTRICTED

Extended changes:

Juggernaut isn't BANNED anymore, while Hypnotic Specter is now BANNED

Why did ever ban Juggernaut? I think that there are cards that are more powerful than hypnotic in this environment.
