1. Policing Pitchers Rotations- We will write down our starting pitchers when we come in. No series will start until both team's pitchers are recorded.
2. Can change DL players in the final DL round, must be before any trade made during the draft, and must be from original starting roster. This will begin with the 2003 draft.
3.Dice rolling- will be discussed further at the 2003 Winter Meetings.
4. 13th Round of draft to be delayed and completed on a daily basis. This was voted down.
5. Waiver Rule- Put back in draft pool and pick up an undrafted player(who had an NL card) Posted every scheduled night. Priority goes to team with worst record. Waiver deadline will be last playing date before April 1st. Limit to 1 waived player per playing date. This was voted in for the 2002 season.
6. Playoff roster deadline moved back after the 9th series out of 17.
7. Extra wild card team based on last 48 games. This was voted down.
