HIGHLIGHTS: Great start for the PPV. The champion came out with alot of energy and performed several well impacted moves. However, Ripper battled back and managed to take control of the match. From nowhere, HBK somehow managed to apply some Sweet Chin Music on Ripper. Showboating, HBK went for it again but Ripper moved. He put the Ripp Gripp on HBK. Michaels went down near the ropes. He managed to get his foot on the rope and Ripper thought he won. Celebrating a tad bit too early, he tried to get the championship belt. After realizing it was not over, Ripper turned towards Michaels and almost received another Sweet Chin Music but moved out the way and finished off Michaels with the Ripp Gripp.
Winner and New Television Champion: Ripper
HIGHLIGHTS: These two matched up well against one another. Jericho gained a quick advantage against the youngster. Rouser battled back but each time he was near an advantage, Jericho pulled a trick out his sleeves and took back over. About 15 minutes into the match, Rouser nailed a flying plancha off the top rope and landed on Jericho. Being the ever so smart one, Jericho reversed it and ended up pinning Rouser. He got the three count but with the help of his feet on the middle rope!
Winner and Facing Rey Mysterio Later On: Chris Jericho
HIGHLIGHTS: Nothing like their match up last week as John Crushem did not show up, leaving Bobby Jennig to go at it alone. The Hardy Boys took full advantaged and kept on double teaming Bobby with quick tags and high flying moves. However, the suprise came Sean Crushem jumped from out the crowd and into the ring. He had a baseball bat and swung at Mike Hardy, who ducked and allowed the bat to hit Jennig. Both members of the Hardy Boys dropkicked Sean out the ring and they both covered Jennig to capture their first piece of tag-team gold in UWL! They now will defend them on Monday Night Crash against The Outsiders.
Winners and New UWL Tag-Team Champions: The Hardy Boys
HIGHLIGHTS: Anything goes in these types of matches and both men proved it tonight. Rick started out by using a flame thrower on Kane, who was blinded by it. We saw everything inclinding the bathroom sink as these men went all over the arena. Several fans was injuried and most of that can be blamed on Slick Rick, who proved that he will do whatever it takes to win here in the UWL. Kane appeared to have the match won early when he Tombstoned Rick thought a table but feeling the aftermath of a blow given to him earlier, he was unable to follow through. After battling back and forth, Kane went for a boot that would of send Slick Rick through the wall but Rick moved and applied the "Good Night" on Kane. Slick Rick then went on top of a ladder and flew off it onto Kane to secure the victory.
Winner and New UWL Hardcore Champion: Slick Rick
HIGHLIGHTS: Coming off a sweet victory earlier, Jericho had to be rallied up. Getting attacked in the back by unknown wrestlers, Jericho claimed he had nothing to do with the attacked and he had Rebel Rouser back him up on that claim, more on that later. Mysterio still managed to get to the ring and put on a good show. Flying bulldogs and a bronco buster helped Mysterio control the match. But it made a sudden change when Chyna started walking to the ring. Mysterio lost control as Jericho managed to sneak up from behind and put Rey in a sunset flip pin. Mysterio kicked out and attempted to regain control. Jericho was back peddling from the fury of moved Rey put on him but Chyna finally got involved and Mysterio in the Pedigree when Jericho had the ref turned away. Jericho covered Rey to regain the championship gold!
Winner and New UWL Cruiserweight Champion: "Lionheart" Chris Jericho
HIGHLIGHTS: Second time these two met in a week and it proved to be just as good as their first meeting. Bret Hart used several leg moves to keep Buff off his feet. The ref had to warn Hart a couple of time and almost DQed him for not releasing his infamous Figure-Four around the ring post. Buff strugged to get back into the contest as Bret just walked over Bagwell. From nowhere Bagwell hit Bret in a sleeper. In the middle of the ring, Bret appeared to be going out but got his arm up when the ref was ready to drop it for the third and final time. Buff give Bret a stiff hit to the back and ran across the rope. He kicked Bret in the mid section then pulled the Blockbuster of out nowhere. Both men laided in the middle of the ring when Buff started to move towards Bret. He finally got over to him and put his arm over Bret. The ref started to count when UWL newcomer, Nightmare, ran to the ring and pulled Bagwell out. The ref quickly called for the bell as Nightmare just took Buff out. From the back, The Rock ran to the ring and helped out. It was 2 against 1 until Bret finally regained his senses and joined it. The 4 men had to be pulled apart but The Rock said that it was not going to be the end of this war!!!!!
Winner and still UWL United States Champion: Buff Bagwell
HIGHLIGHTS: It was finally the chance Psycho was looking for to prove his claim that he was serious about this title. Zader entered the ring with fire in his eyes as Psycho came to the ring with his dog, The Orginal Psycho, who was once banned from UWL. That's right, the dog was banned! These two men fought hard but not long as quickly after the match got started, both men turned this into a hardcore type of match with everything not tied down being used. Psycho and Zader managed to knocked each other down but after each blow, them seem to be losing some punch in each of their swing. After a while, both men appeared to be pooped out like Hogan was when he battled The Warrior (early UWL members might remember a match I typed up between these two, hella funny!). The match became a stale mate until Slick Rick ran to the ring. He jumped up and knocked out Big Daddy Cool Zader with a lead pipe. He threw the pipe outside the ring and told Psycho to end this boring match. Psycho, not one to waste an chance, covered Zader and got the three count. This was got to be the first boring match in Psycho history (please note, this is according to TNM7).
