The Sward is the first site on the Internet (to my knowledge) dedicated to the ancient and exciting sport of Gaufqwi. Gaufqwi players and fans will find lots of useful information about their favorite pastime here, and newcomers may just have their appetites whetted enough to find a few gerbils and a few friends, pick up a two by four, and try the sport for themselves.
This site is constantly evolving. While most of what is here
currently is text and links, I hope to have some pictures from our
local Gaufqwi matches up in the near future. If any other Gaufqwi
players out there have good pictures (especially clear action shots;
most of mine are blurry) I would be happy to post some of them as
well. Send them to me at
