Here is Yuka in the 1995 Riders Ladies Skating Championship (mid December). This portion of the competition was held in Mankato, MN. The final was held in Boston, MA.

Yuka skated to "Turn the Beat Around" sung by Gloria Estefan. It was upbeat, fun, and exciting to watch. And, it was a side of Yuka we have never seen before! The performance was clean, contained strong jumps, and was terrifically fun to watch. Plus, Yuka did all that on an injured right ankle which is also her landing foot.
