Old Rankings of Throwing Programs

2002 Division I Outdoor (revised 14Jun2007)
based on top NCAA championships provisional qualifiers,
athlete counted multiple times for multiple events.
This was the last year before regional lists,
and the women's lists were much longer than the men's list.
To balance taking full advantage of the data,
but balancing event and sex,
each category has a different cutoff.
(I don't .
Formula: 2-rank/n, where n=31 for total, men, & shot;
n=47 for women; n=35 for discus; n=28 for hammer;
and n=38 for javelin.
