2005 Columbia Junior Open Tennis Tournament

160 players representing eight different age categories for both girls and boys played in this year's Columbia Junior Open Tennis Tournament.  With the assistance of the local community in helping to sponsor this tournament, we achieved much success in making this event both competitive and fun for those that participated. The HCTA wishes  to recognize the following local businesses that helped make this tournament possible:

  • Bagel Bin
  • Columbia Association
  • Princeton Sports
  • Sandy Spring National Bank

HCTA also wishes to thank Stan Ber and his team from the Columbia Flyer for the fantastic press coverage and kind words of support for this tournament, which has been a mainstay in Columbia, Maryland for 25 years.  The winners of this tournament will be reported shortly on this website as well as in the next edition of MATCHPOINT newspaper.
