LITTLE ROCK TO HOST REGIONAL OPERATIONS CHALLENGE COMPETITION
 
     The Little Rock Wastewater Utility will be host a Regional Operations
     Challenge Competition on Sept. 12th at the Foruche Wastewater
     Treatment Plant. They will have competition in all of the categories
     covered at the October national competition in Orlando.
 
     The competition will be less formal than the nationals with all the
     teams helping one another with advice and strategy. A big fish and
     shrimp dinner will be hosted by LRWU following the competition. Prizes
     will be awarded in a variety of categories.
 
     The events will be identical to the ones required at the national
     competition that will take place just three weeks later. Teams from
     the Arkansas, Kentucky-Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, and Texas
     Water Environment Associations are scheduled to compete. No entry fee
     will be required.
