MWPCA Mass Balance Places Third in Nationals Congratulations to the Mass Balance Operations Challenge Team from the Springfield Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility. Team members practiced hard for many months leading up to the annual competition at the Water Environment Convention in Chicago. The Mass Balance finished third in Division II out of 22 teams. Consistency paid off for the team as they finished in the top ten in all events.
