Dear Hockey Players and Parents,
This year, the Goulbourn Rams welcomes East Ottawa, Kanata and Nepean to a four-team tournament in
which each team will play two preliminary round games and either an "A" or "B" final game. In the
preliminary round games, a single point will be awarded for each period won and two points will be
awarded for each game won. A half-point will be awarded for each period tied and one point will be
awarded for each game tied. The teams with the highest- and second-highest point scores will advance
to the "A" final. The teams with the third- and fourth-highest point scores will advance to the "B"
final.
Six games will be played in.all. Games one and two are one-hour games.
The team match-ups and game times for the preliminary round are:
Games three and four and the "A" and "B" finals are one-and-a-half-hour games.
