The CWFC has of course taken on legendary proportions to any Aber fan worth his/hers salt, since our fine 2-0 victory over Newtown at Caersws
in the 1996 final. It would be fair to say that this Competition
is slightly less important than the Cardiganshire League Div 2. (By the way, does anyone know who L'Hirondelle are?) But, when your season is looking like a dour struggle for survival,
then Cup glory, even the CWFC is better than nothing!
