Eagles drop low scoring game to Huron
The Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles kept the game close with their defense Tuesday night, but couldn't make an offensive run in the fourth quarter and lost a District 3AA game to the Huron Tigers by a score of 30-24. With the score knotted at 18 each heading into the final quarter, the Tigers took control by outscoring Central 6-1 in the first five minutes of the fourth. The game had a familiar pattern of low scoring for the Eagles, who have yet to find their offensive rhythm in six games. With the loss, the Eagles fell to 3-3 on the year. Next action for Aberdeen Central is Friday night when they travel to Spearfish to take on the winless Spartans.
