Q&A with MVP Allen Iverson

Q: Allen, you came out and completed great passes, was that your way of trying to change everyone's idea that you are only a shooter?

Allen Iverson

A: "Not really. There were a lot of great guys in the gym and I knew they were nervous and I was just trying to get everyone involved."

Q: Hi Allen, what is the difference between playing with other rookies than say, a regular season game?
-Daniel Yang

A: "With this team, a lot of the guys wanted to get out and run and the 76ers don't run that much."

Q: Allen- Seems like you and Marcus were meant to be on the same team....Hope to see you with your fellow G'town alums in the big show next year...

A: "I hope so. I'm going to keep working hard and playing every game like it's my last and hopefully one day I'll make it."

Hi Allen, I'm Australian, and you have another Australian on the 76ers - Mark Bradke, what do you think of him?

A: "When he came in he had a lot to learn but he's doing well and I think he'll really help us down the stretch."

Q: Are you trying to model your game to be a bit like Damon Stoudamire's?

A: "No, definitely not."
