Other Rules:

1. Free Agents -- Teams have 48 hrs to bid up a player.
               -- minimum bid is 5 unless stated otherwise.
               -- positions decided by rosters of real team.
               -- a players position may only be challenged prior
                  to picking him up. You cannot change a players 
                  position once on your roster.
   
2. Salary Cap  -- 350 points
   7th place   -- +5
   8th place   -- +10
   9th place   -- +15
   10th place  -- +20

   (Salary caps are immediately effective after the playoffs.)

3. Lineup      -- 3 full lines and 2 goalies 

4. Standing Tiebreakers -- Most Wins.

5. Playoff Tiebreakers  -- If a game is tied after OT, the                                 following will decide the winner:

The highest ranked team will always play the lowest ranked team.
After each round teams will be re-ranked.



7. Draft order:  Team #6,7,8,9,10,5,4,3,2,1

Minimum number that can be dropped: 5
Players kept must fit under the cap.
Spots in lineup must be filled prior to taxi with salary room under the cap.
There will be 12 rounds of drafting maximum.


8. Waivers

When a player is dropped lower ranking teams will have 1 week to decide to pick the player up.
