"O Che" means each part of the body (head,arms,legs,back,and abdomen)

This exercise corrects the bodies that have become in-balanced and gives them flexibility.

Each exercise we doing once together with breathing.

Ultimately,one can enter dhyana yoga samadhi with smooth,continuous movement.

Bending Upper Body Forward with Legs Stretched Out,Toes Pointed.

Effect: Straightens hamstring,stretches thigh and back muscles .Stimulates a sensory nerve..Improves and regulates function of the thyroid gland .Good for constipation,lumbago,sciatica,strengthening of intestine. Vitalizes pelvic muscle.

Bending Upper Body Forward with Legs Stretched Out,Feet Pulled Back,and Head Up.

Effect: Stretches Achilles tendon.Has rejuvenating effect,increases stamina.Loosens sacral bone and lengthens the vertebra joint. Helps digestion and slims waistline down. Cures obesity of liver and spleen. Increases blood flow to genital organs,rectum,prostate gland,uterus,and bladder.

Twisting Body

Effect: Corrects spine. Good for constipation,obesity,indigestion,and asthma. Gives adequate stimulation to kidney,liver,spleen,and kidney gland.

Bringing Head Down with Feet Pulled Together.

Effect: Strenghens pelvis resulting in increased reproductive function. God for abnormal pelvis and womb location,irregular menstruation,and hardening of pelvis area.

Lowering & Twisting Body with One Leg Stretched Out.

Lowering Head with Legs Open

Standing on Shoulder.

Moving Body from Side to side While lying on Stomach with Legs Split Open.

Lifting Upper Body Backwards with Hands Placed Below Abdomen.

Effect: Gives flexibility to abdomen muscle. Strengthens waist and increases elasticity to spine. Solves hardening of chest muscle contraction,dropped rib cage,lack of opening and shutting power,and therefore strengthens the lungs and the heart. Promotes digestion and excretion. Restores energy and brings confident feelings. Adjusts pressure in shoulder and internal organs. Expedites function of kidney gland. Very good for illness in the ovary or the uterus.

Rolling from Side to Side.

Effect: Psychologically takes away unpleasantness and restores positiveness. Psychologically strengthens the liver and the heart. Effective for all internal organs. Stretching Flat on the Ground While Kneeling.

Effect:  Loosens high joint and lengthens spine and shoulder. Solves hardening of the lower part of the body and the back.

Arching Spine Back,Breathing,and Raising Up.

Effect: Good for asthma and bronchitis. Normalizes the endocrine system such as hypophysis pituitary gland,pineal gland,thyroid gland,and kidney gland. Strengthens sexual function.

Arching Backwards with Hands and Feet on the Ground and Standing Up.

Effect: Elevates movements of sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system and dissolves unpleasantness. Strengthens spine. Strongly stimulates abdomen and waist muscles. Good for constipation,indigestion,menstrual effect. Realigns bad posture.
