This is your basic class of character. Simple really!
The options are:
Warrior
Your standard issue fighting man. Heavily into skills involving hand to hand
combat, etc. Warriors must have an initial WS of at least 30.
Ranger
Rural, independant characters. Usually has good survival skills. Rangers
must have an initial BS of at least 30.
Rogues
Anyone who has lived off the streets, sold 'The Big Issue', picked pockets, etc.,
and generally earned a living off the rest of society. Rogues must have an
I of at least 30. Elven rogues must have an I of at least 65, as they are
not usually associated with these low lifes.
Academic
The educated people. Usually able to read and write, and can often have
lucrative jobs. Academics must have both Int and WP initially at least 30.
Your class is separate from your career. Your first career is chosen from a list
associated with your race and class, but after that they are no real restrictions
on Warriors becomming Wizards, etc (wizard is a career), or Academics becoming
Assasins.
