Keefe inspired what was to become the compound. He was one of the first escapees from "that place." He is the highest ranked general in the militia, and recieves all of the women not good enough for his leader. His ferret, Gene, is his closest companion. It even sleeps with him(????). It has even been seen coming out of his pants at times. Keefe is the only other member of the militia that lives inside the compound, except of course for your fearless leader. His alter-ego, Ticketman, also resides on the net, and provides concert ticket information for the masses(even Brad).
