ALLSTATE DOESN'T WANT TO PAY YOU! (I think)

I have decided to open this page on Internet because I believe I have been mistreated in so many ways by a insurance claim adjuster. The adjuster of Allstate Insurance Company tried every little trick to underpay or no-pay for what should be paid my claims.
Being a good hand of Allstate?
DonŐt trust such words of non-sense.

Reality is here.
I want let all good people know how insurance claim can be a disastrous experience for you when you already have one. It shouldnŐt be happen on anybody, but it happend on me. January, 1998. and it seems it's everywhere. It can happen on you. I want to stop this silly.
The contents here is all from my real experience. No fictions of any kind. In my opinion, truly believe that

ALLSTATE DOESNŐT WANT TO PAY YOU!

and I'm sure you will agree when you read this and other sites in the same subject.

I think most homeowners all over America pay home insurance for nothing but for Ňjust in case.Ó Fire, robbery... It doesnŐt happen often, but we do. For just in case. I guess most people pays premiums each and every year, and never claims or may be once in lifetime? So if such event happened, thatŐs the time insurance company should do what it should do, right? I thought so. But now I have been through my house damage claim, I learned it is not working out that way.

Well, maybe itŐs not fair because I know only one claim adjuster. So, lets listen to experts. Contractors. They works with insurance people much frequently than I do. They should know insurance people better. Comment, Sir? ŇI have been working for this business for (I forgot) years, and I donŐt trust insurance people at all.Ó I donŐt know any insurance adjuster, but Dale Carman, who is handling my claims and working for Allstate Insurance Company, Dayton, Ohio. And, sure, I totally agree with the contractorŐs comment. I donŐt trust Dale Carman. Why? Because he underestimates damages, neglect claims, not work in timely manner, changes his own words, and says ŇMr. Murakami, my estimate and (contractorŐs estimate) are not far different.... ItŐs only $500 - $600.Ó (Are we doing a million dollar business here? Only $600? ONLY?? $600 is more than 20% of what we were discussing at the time. His comment itself was also false: the difference was much larger actually. I will tell you every detail later.)

Result? A month after damageŐs done, the repair work could not started. My furnished basement is still left carpet stripped, walls all the way down damaged and can not be used.

And, you know, I am extremely frustrated!!
