Nice try, blaming it on Manson...but we gave ourselves away with the misspellings! AHAHAHAHAHA. (Somebody PLEASE get us a spell checker so we don't screw up like this again!) More from March 30:
"Here is the original falsified affidavits, which I might add, falsifying an affidavit is like purjury it is a criminal act in and of itself. We appoligize if anyone was misled, as were we, but we did not expect affidavits to be falsified knowing of the criminal laws against it."
Yes, we have to admit it was "Christian sources" after all who did the illegal forgery. Anyway, we then took them down, and then we put them back up and said this:
"4-3-97 UPDATE: The two specific affidavits listed below, we have found, to be in question due to upcoming litigation their lawyer would not comment to its validity. We, therefore, do not recommend the use of the two specific affidavits listed below."
And here, on the same date even:
The current (4-3-97) situation is that these may be true or they may be false, but in our latest effort at re-verifying and digging deeper we have hit a wall of silence with their attorney. We apologize for any confusion this might have caused. We state again we do not recommend their use at this time.
Yeah. We "don't recommend their use" for accusing Mr. Manson of murder and child molestation, but only because we've been found out!!! Otherwise we'd have no problem with this!!! So, they may or may not be there, and we can't decide from one day to the next which story we're sticking with!
Hmmm..more updates:
UPDATE (4-4-97, 6pm Central): The two specific affidavits listed below, have been verified and we can recommend their use. We temporarily took them offline due to one reliable source that put them in question but was found out to be a mis-communication and mis-interpretation of facts. Our additional studies and converstations with more reliable contacts reaffirm the validity of these affidavits. We have more affidavits and eye-witness testimonies and will put them on this site as we have time.
Hey, does anybody care that there was no Marilyn Marilyn concert that took place in Dallas, TX on 12/19/96, and that there is NOT now nor was there EVER a female guitar player? No, we don't want to be confused by any obvious inconsistencies here. And besides, it's been "VERIFIED" and posted on the Internet, so it must be TRUE!!!!!!
UPDATE 04/07/97: "Whole Site will be Under Construction"
"This whole site will be under construction this week due to a major need to reorganize the presentation of material and in an attempt to post some of the flood of information that has been coming in from around the country. Well well...the whole "affidavit" section is gone. Gone too is the mugshot. I guess we figured out that a person who was arrested but had the charges dropped is not a convicted criminal? What remains a mystery is why we kept that live photo of a sweaty, half-naked Mr. Manson on the page when there's no longer a section to go with it...um, I think it gets us off or something :)
UPDATE 04/28/97: [DEAD SILENCE]
What, no more UPDATES??? No gruesome review of the April 11 show????? We didn't even try to claim that Jesus intervened and cancelled the other one!!! (which was called off for technical reasons) Oh wait, there was an update.... we deleted some of those legal statutes that Manson was expected to violate since he "regularly commits criminal acts" -- such as "Chapter 41" of the Mississippi Code, "Cruelty to Animals."
Hmmm...maybe this has something to do with that nice letter from Mr. Manson's attorney?
