More Shocking than Marilyn Manson
The Facts:
Recent statements by prominent spokesmen for conservative Christian America about the "devil-worshipping" rock group Marilyn Manson are but a pathetic attempt to divert attention from the egomaniacal sadist they call "God" and his obscene tract, "The Holy Bible" -- an evil book saturated with thousands of graphic accounts of murder, rape, incest, bestiality, voyeurism, misogyny, drug abuse, human sacrifice, cannibalism and vampirism.
Pat Robertson Responds:
Says The 700 Club's Pat Robertson, "This music incites
people to murder, to rape, to pillage."
And Oklahoma governor Frank Keating: "They are
clearly bent on degrading women, religion, and decency."
Is this true? Well, no. They've obviously got the wrong guy. A simple computerized
word count comparing the Holy Bible with the lyrics of Marilyn Manson
reveals the shocking truth!
While some of these violent and pornographic acts are attributed to humans,
most are threats and sick fantasies of revenge on the part of God. Many
involve the Lord God Himself, such as as in
Numbers Chapter 31 when He commanded Moses to raid and plunder an
enemy city. Along with thousands of livestock, they also captured
32,000 virgins
who were split up among the soldiers to be raped under God's supervision; and in
Verse 40, we learn that
the Lord God kept 32 of those girls for Himself!
The Lord said that His "wrath shall wax hot" and indeed it did, such as
in the 409 instances where He chose to "smite" various unlucky mortals, mostly for no apparent reason, i.e.:
As for drug abuse in the Bible, the most dramatic example is from
Revelation Chapter 10, where St. John was given
a "little scroll" to eat by the 7th Angel, which "made his belly bitter"
while at the same time being "sweet as honey." And from there he goes on
to see beasts with 7 heads, etc. (The "little scroll" suggests a
piece of LSD-soaked blotter paper, but due to the "bitter belly" it may
have been peyote.) Wouldn't it be interesting if one
of the major teachings in this fear-based religion that has enslaved the
Western world for 3,000 years was based on one poor sucker's bad acid trip?
Standards to Live By:
Clearly, The Holy Bible is UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN and should be
BANNED from our communities! Therefore, the 666 Club is asking for
a recall and boycott of all Bibles in existence. But please recycle!
(Use them for toilet paper).

context and distorting their meanings, etc. blah," you might want to
