Objective

2005-2006 Glen Park Residence San Francisco, CA

Design-Build

n     Designed and constructed addition/renovation of single-family residence. Doubled liveable square footage, attic loft, garden level, 2 new bathrooms and new kitchen.

 

 


2002-2005 Dowler-Gruman Architects San Francisco, CA

Assistant Project Manager/Job Captain

n     Met with clients during pre-design phases, determined project programming, design intent, project scope and site investigation.

n     Prepared contracts and fee estimates, and managed project budgets and schedules.

n     Managed projects through all phases working directly with clients, coordinating consultants, liaising with authorities and working closely with the general contractor and sub contractors during construction administration.

n     Produced presentation materials, bid, permit and construction documents and provided construction administration services from pre-construction to completion.
