New Year's Eve - We partied like it was 1999 (cuz we slept that year in too!)

For the return trip on Dec 29th however we'd have GLADLY traded our Jimmy in for a sled and 8 tiny reindeer cuz it looked like there was a blizzard of biblical proportions brewing.

Dec 28th We started a new Xmas tradition w/ the Gibsons..."Xmas Chilli"

On Dec 27th we loaded the kids in the truck with care and headed to Saskatoon in hopes that Saint Nicholas soon would be there... (sadly however they are 1 hr ahead of us and not 2 days behind).

Dec 25th: We lost the kids in a storm of wrapping paper....sadly we found ALL 3 alive and well a few hrs later playing with the cardboard boxes that their gifts had been wrapped in!

Dec 24th.... I saw mommy kissin' Santa

HALLOWEEN: Crystal took the Babies out trick or treating a the two little puppies (Blue and Magenta) from the kidz show Blue's Clues. Becca actually came up with the idea for her own costume (a gypsy) and created herself (with a bit-O-help from Mom.

Vicky is standing on her own now and has begun walking while holding onto our hands. Both girls have uttered their all important 1st word...and it was DA-DA!!!!!.....now I just gotta teach em to say ma-ma before they learn to start making demands for stuff.

OMG, I swore that I'd never take another coure as long as I lived so I'm not really sure what happened but I spent the day (Oct 30th) in part 1 of an animal handleing workshop.

We got a substantial snowfall today (Oct 25th) which consisted of large flakes that fell slowly to the ground. It left all of the bare trees heavy with snow and EVERYTHING in the city was white....ahh xmas will be here soon :)

Oct 19th Crystal started her 3rd and final cake decorating course leading to her certification while Becca and I spent the afternoon raking up the yard (9 JUMBO garbage bags full). WARNING: getting a 5 yr old to help rake the leaves means the job will take 10 times longer than expected.

Veronica is crawling everywhere now and she now has a total of 6 teeth! (she seems to take GREAT pleasure in testing them out on anyonne that comes too close)...OUCH!

We got our 2nd snowfall on Oct 11th thus officially ending motorcycle season for me :(((
