The Zeta Delta Chapter was recognized in the Spring 2001 Eleusis for being one of 85 Chi Omega chapters with a Grade Point Average of 3.0 to 3.29!  Congratulations ladies! The Zeta Delta Chapter was also recognized in the Spring 2001 Eleusis for attaining quota during formal recruitment in 2000.

Beth Ann Layton, General Manager, Residence Inn by Marriott was featured in The Eleusis Fall 2000. She grew up wanting to be a kindergarten teacher.  But when she took a position as a desk clerk for Residence Inn by Marriott as a way of paying her way at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Beth Ann Layton launched a lifetime career. "Never did I consider that, at the age of 20, I would be joining one of the top 100 companies in the world, and one of its founders was also a Chi Omega," says this initiate of the Zeta Delta Chapter. The Eleusis also recognized all the Chi Omega chapter's awards that were given at Convention.  The Zeta Delta was recognized in the following categories: Individual Advisors Excellence (M) Dorothy Rasgorshek/Personnel Zeta Delta/U of Nebraska-Omaha Critics Choice Newsletter Award Zeta Delta/U of Nebraska-Omaha (Thank You Dorothy) *Note:  Dorothy Rasgorshek now has a brick with her name on it at the National Headquarters for her acheivement and contributions!  Congratulations, Dorothy!

Former SH Kirk Cocke Hassell Joins the Omega Chapter SH 1979-1988, STB 1978-79, SM 1976-78 "Hold high the torch.  You did not light its glow.  It was given to you by other hands, you know.  It's your job to keep it burning bright and pass it on when someone else needs the light."
