"Gas Well Testing by Prof. Geoff Steward"
This was the first dinner cum lecture function organised by SPE Brunei. The function was held at Riverview Pool Side Hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan. A brief introductory speech was delivered by the SPE Brunei Section Secretary Pg. Hj. Yasmin Pg.Hj. Mohammad followed by Hj. Zainal Abidin Hj. Mohd. Ali, Vice Chairman. For the benefit of the new members, Hj. Zainal reiterated the mission of SPE which is to collect, store and disseminate knowledge/technology the members need in oil and gas industries which at present are undergoing rapid and radical changes.
The evening was attended by more than 50 professionals. After dinner the highlight of the night which was the presentation by Prof. Geoff Steward. A lot of discussions and exchanges of ideas were generated after the presentation.
A seminar on the above subject was held the following day.
