*Instruction for papers*
        Those whose abstracts are accepted will be requested to submit full papers for the Proceedings by August 15, 1999. Due to the limited time for preparation, only paper received in time will be included in the Proceedings. The manuscript for the Proceeding will be published in camera ready form. Please take the time to carefully read the instruction below and take a look an example from our Web Site to visualise the final result expected.

 Abstracts
    The title is centered, in TNR (Time New Roman) 14 point bold. It is preceded and followed by three blank lines. The names of authors are centered, in TNR 12 point bold italic, followed by one blank line. The addresses are centered in TNR 8 point italic. Please include e-mail address! Two blank lines precede the abstract title.The abstract title is in capital TNR 10 point, followed by one blank line. An English abstract should always be included, especially if the manuscript is not in English. Please use UK English spelling.

Keywords
    Maximum 5 keywords in alphabetical order.

Text
    The main text is in TNR 10 point and fully justified. Line spacing is at 10 points. Paper size is A4 (297 mm by 210 mm). Page margins are as follows: top and bottom = 25 mm; left = 20 mm; right = 20 mm. Do not indent paragraphs. Use the following hierarchical format for headings: (1) TNR 12 point bold, preceded by two blank lines, followed by one blank line ; (2) TNR 12 point, preceded and followed by one line;  (3) TNR 10 point bold, only preceded by one blank line.

Figure and table
    Figure and table captions should be in TNR 10 point italic. Figure captions are placed at the bottom of the figure; table captions at the top of the table. Figure and table captions have the same length as the figure or table. Figure and table are labeled as e.g. Fig.1, Table1 respectively. The width of figures or tables should not be larger than 170 mm, All figures and tables including thier caption should be placed at the end of the manuscript. All labeling on figures should be very clear.

Citations in the text
    Citations in the text to figures and tables should be identical as in the caption.
Citations to references should be as follows : …. Oddy (1996) ….;…. Oddy et al. (1997)…. ;

Acknowledgements
Title of Acknowledgments is in TNR 12 point italic, preceded and followed by on blank line. The text in the acknowledgments in TNR 10 point.

References
    Title of references in TNR 12 point small caps, preceded by two blank lines and followed by one blank line. The references in TNR 10 point should be as follows;

Submission
    You are requested to submit the final manuscript camera-ready on good quality paper. B/W figures and photographs have to be integrated in the text. Take into account that your figures and photographs must be readable on a 600 dpi printer. An electronic version of the final manuscript should be sent as an attachment to an email or on a 3.5” diskette or a CD-ROM. Formatted (Word6 or higher) version of the manuscript are required. The Total number of a paper should not be more than 10 pages.
