Interested persons are invited to submit papers covering the above mentioned
topics. The titles and abstracts are to be submitted by July 10, 1999. These
will be reviewed by the Committee of the symposium. Those whose abstracts
are accepted will be requested to submit final papers by August 15, 1999.
Due to the limited time for proceeding preparation, only papers received
on time will be included in the proceedings.
