THE LETTER OF PAUL TO THE

fourth of Paul's Prison Letters, written shortly after Ephesians, Colossians,
and Philemon (probably around A.D. 61) during Paul's first imprisonment in Rome
(A.D. 59-61). References to Caesar's household (4.22) and to the imperial guard
(1.13) point to Rome as the origin of this letter.
