Complete registration form Online or Fax
For those who have not completed their registration form, please do so as we not only require your info, but also your spouse name and children’s’ ages and names. This will really help in planning extra events for the children. We need to firm up our numbers – please help us do this ASAP.
Check for you registration Number in the Ndugu list (if the information received is incomplete we will contact you before issuing a registration number)
Registration Fee: We would appreciate receiving $100 Canadian. per adult and $50 per child no later than May 31st, 1998. Payment check to be made to "Rustam Kassam in trust". We all have to understand that the committee has to make commitments for venues now - for the busy summer season.
