Jenna played Shannon on the ABC Television Network's "Townies"
and Jordan on "The
Single Guy".
Jenna Elfman brings a distinctive method of performing to her
varied film and
television roles, aptly combining a heightened sense of wit and
fun with beauty and
intelligence.
A native of Los Angeles, Jenna began her career in commercials,
landing roles in dozens
of national television ads for a variety of well-known companies.
She later expanded
her horizons by studying with renowned acting teacher Milton
Katselas.
She has guest-starred in such television programs as "Roseanne,"
"Murder One,"
"NYPD Blue" and "Almost Perfect." In 1996, she played a drug
counselor in the
critically acclaimed made-for- television movie, "Her Last
Chance," with Patti LuPone
and Kellie Martin.
Along the way, Jenna has starred in many music videos, including
the Antrax video for
Crossroads Films which received an MTV Best Music Video Award
nomination. This
fall, Jenna will be seen in the feature film, "Grosse Point
Blank," starring John Cusack,
Mitchell Ryan and Minnie Driver, for director George Armitage.
Among her many other talents, Jenna is a classically trained
ballerina. She is happily
married to Bodhi Rice Elfman (who can be seen on ABC's "Hiller
& Diller") and
currently resides in Los Angeles.
Jenna's latest work is the feature film "Krippendorf's Tribe," a
comedy about an
anthropologist who convinces his family to portray a primitive
tribe, she plays a bright
and ambitious professor who believes the fraud starring Richard
Dreyfuss and Lily
Tomlin.
