With the second CG encounter of the new year, all I have to say is:
THE LIGHTS CAME ON ... AGAIN!
I must say that this was by far the wackiest CG nights I have ever had, as
the other Prongers will confirm, after the lights came on we ENDED UP AT
MOHEGAN SUN! That's right, CT, Jeff's homeland (some would say once upon a
time, a casino was Jeff's second home, now it's the bloody beaches, but El
Nino will take care of that).
The Mohegan Sun road trip at 3:00 AM included: John, Jarrod, Pete, Zaira and
myself. - I drove, okedoke I must say. I should also say, RESPECT the
rumple strip! hehehe insder joke, I used it to wake up all the drunks passed
out when I was driving, but I will return to this topic later, in
chronological order, somewhat.
I took notes at CG so I have a much better recollection, I can even read
some of my writing, oh if I only had a scanner.
1. Snufalafagus LIVES, she was at CG!
2. Hi-five brothers.
3. The new tap and paint job of the CG makes it look nicer but we do miss
the mirror action.
4. The complete posse was in da hazouse this night. ALL THE PRONGER, ALL
THE COMMONERS, ALL THE LIFERS, ZERO OTHERS, see a pattern?? NO WE DON'T
HAVE A PROBLEM JEFF, because you know you'd be sitting right next to me
every Friday!
5. Faced.
6. Respect the run-off oatmeal "the cocky" cookie shots I kept getting.
7. Oh the Red Death.
8. John showing up at 8:30 because he thinks he has a real job and works
until 7:30 on FRIDAY!
9. The band was not so good Al.
10. "Ahh my own chair", I wrote this down but have no idea what I am talking
about, but it must mean something to someone.
11. Bill showing his CG loyalty and showing up at 11:15 PM since he didn't
have to work.
12. The combine posse brok $400! this week. That is some cashish, sheesh!
13. Respect Luke, the return of the almighty Walter, Dennis, Ted, Jim, and
Mike: for always putting up with our lude drunken, loud behavior.
14. The Z going pee a million times!
15. Respect Shivani driving home the posse.
16. I should not be allowed to make suggestions at CG, and more importantly,
PEOPLE SHOULDN'T LISTEN! Oh but it was an experience, and none of us got
carded at the Sun, which was also surprising.
17. Oh the Sun, this could take a while, it was quite the road trip
experience to the extreme.
* looked up directions on internet at Jarrod's (Pete was
semi-conscious), drank some soda
* en route 3 AM
* Picked up John's car (passed Mike and Dennis, locking up the CG)
transported it to Framingham
* Hour drive to CT via 90 to 395 to 79A (reference for anyone
interested)
* Fog so thick, literally couldn't see 5 feet in front of us at some
points. It was not good.
* Pete out cold at this point, when taking turns his head would
smash against the side window and it made me giggle.
* At Sun left Pete passed out in truck, for 2 hours
* Played until 6:30 AM
* I won 725... $7.25 everyone else.. lost
* My plan for a million bucks was foiled
* Let Pete's head hit window some more, giggled like a little school
girl some more.
* Everyone passed out at one point during ride home, me.. almost.
* Fog still awful
* Saw sunrise, felt like I was back at Shelton Hall... not something
I want to remember
* Dropped John, then Zaira then Jarrod. I was sleeping at around
8:30 AM!
End exhaustin transmission.
