Hi, here is my sample program writen in Delphi 4. A simple picture viewer, doesnt have many options.
Can view files, *.bmp,*.ico,*.wmf,*.emf. Can save files, *.bmp,*.ico,*.wmf,*.emf.
Can't edit files, *.bmp,*.ico,*.wmf,*.emf.
I did not have time to write a nice help file, (hey it is sample program).Source code is freeware.
Anyone could have it
