Implemented new font technologies into the control panel.

Owned a component in the subsystem of the firmware.

Managed the test issue team for the test lab. Led and organized beta sites for solution testing our product package in different customer environments. Mentored test engineers and trained test technicians.

Automated and qualified software and firmware. Designed and developed test harness and automation for LaserJet multifunction peripherals (MFPs). Identified and categorized system errors, and developed appropriate test strategies. Evaluated interaction between MFP components to ensure functionality when other components were not working.
